We had such excellent customer service here! We had an issue with our camping site, and Quinn went above and beyond to figure out a great solution for us. The campsites are small and packed in tightly together, but that’s offset by some nice green spaces in between the different loops. And the bathrooms are clean!

Nice spot and super friendly staff. Emily at the front desk ROCKS! Fantastic customer service. If you’re getting a full hookup site the sewer drains are at the rear of the sites, so bring a long hose.

Nice campground. It's close to Burlington and right on the bike trail, so it was perfect for my recent cycling loop around Champlain. There are lots of sites, but it can fill up on weekends. The sites are pretty close together, but that's to be expected in an urban park. Everything was well-maintained, especially considering how busy it is. The beach on the other side of the trail is beautiful. It has nice facilities and a covered pavilion, which is great for a rainy morning breakfast!

We hid is an excellent campground. The post about bad bathrooms is from three years ago. They have since been updated. This is a diamond in the rough. And the Lake Champlain access is terrific. It’s just through the hedgerow of trees.

Would highly recommend this campground.

Awesome find! Located 1 mile from downtown Burlington right on the shores of Lake Champlain. Full hookups only$23!
Plenty of room and literally right on the 7.5 mile bike trail running along the lake. Couldn't be happier.

great campground with awesome beach access. We were only there for one night while exploring the Burlington area. Great bike path goes from the campground to the downtown area with a 2 mile walk/bike ride. The campground was clean with a ton of staff available to assist when needed.

Not only is the campground gated, but there is a night security who strolls the park after dark. Anyone camping can appreciate having someone walk around watching all the gear that may not be locked up!

We had a great time camping here. It was a very short bike ride to town, and a very short walk to a gorgeous beach! The camp sites were a little close to each other, but it was still lovely. They sold firewood and ice which made things very convenient, and they offered free coffee in the morning at the office. I will definitely be returning.

Close to downtown but far enough to take in the scenery of the lake. Very safe and friendly location. Showers and bathrooms were very clean. Would stay here again, hands down. Perfect spot for camping in a van/SUV.

Loved being so close to the Island Bike trail. Worried driving through Burlington, narrow streets and very busy, but then just a couple blocks away the congestion disappeared and it was quiet and peaceful. Would return.

This is a city campground so it has it's upsides and downsides. Up: Best spot around Burlington (far from the roads and buildings but a 10 min bike ride to the city), amazing beach, bike/walk trail, nice staff, kayak rental. Down: yes it wasn't the cleanest campground but definitely not something that bothered me. And at least in my section the campsites were closely spaced but I have had the greatest neighbors so I was actually glad about it.

Right on the lake. Right on the bike path. Quiet campground. Just a handful of full hook-ups. Reserve early, seems to book quickly.

Our first visit here, we stayed 3 nights over a weekend. As quiet as a campground can be while a busy jazz festival is going on a mile away. Clean bathrooms tho the toilet tissue kept running out. Hot water and good pressure in the showers. Power at our campsite, water spigots nearby. Best part? The new bike trail into town. 10 minutes to Myers Bagels every morning....yum!

It’s location is great, so close to Burlington town and the cycleway.
We didn’t use any amenities because we had a Full hook up RV(no cable TV) but from what we see it is more campground like.
The staff are young and very helpful.
Wifi is free and comes via Burlington Town Council.
Overall, very good.

I've been going there for four generations. The people are very very nice , they're helpful , and always love that entire area. All my memories from my father are there.

We stayed 3 nights and wish we could have stayed longer. We really liked the location the best. Being just off the beach, access right into the bike trail, so many things to do in Burlington. The staff was friendly when we interacted with them, bathrooms were clean, shower was hot, good place to stay.

Ideallic location just feet from the beach on beautiful Lake Champlain. Very nice bike paths to beach and town. Burlington is very nice with lots of dining and shopping. The camp sites are too close to one another but otherwise ok. People are friendly.

This place was a great spot near Burlington- it's only just a ten minute drive away (traffic-dependent). It also was very close to the local grocery (Hannaford). The location is right on a beautiful bike path that leads to difference beaches/locations along Lake Champlain. Yes, the camping spots are close together, but if can request a spot that is more spaced out, do so. We lucked out with spot 104- convenient place to back in our RV. The campground also had a great wifi connection which is rare. Overall, I would stay here again.
