Love this place! We are remodeling our home.So here at Lowe’s we get everything we need. They are we quick at the customer service desk. Which is always good. 😁 I just love the smell when I walk in😂😂 Great place 😃

Outstanding collection of refrigerators. Such a large selection of items, electronics, we always find the best deals.

We had to buy a fridge today as ours broke this morning. Daniel at Lowe's was super helpful when we stopped by asking for some in-stock options. He was very patient and knowledgeable. Since we were going to transport the fridge in our SUV (laying down), he advised us to not plug in within the next 24 hours. That was a super helpful information since it's been a while since we had to buy a fridge. The crew helped us to load the fridge and it took a few try as the fridge with the packing would not fit in our SUV. We had to unwrap all the packing materials then push the fridge in. It was a heck of a good teamwork! I would recommend Daniel and his crew at Lowes if you need to purchase any big appliances!

They had the oddball air filter I had needed And they're very helpful to get it down from the upper shelves

It's great I found what I needed that no other stores here carry and saved me from ordering on internet.
I wish they had a bike rack out front though. Had to lock my bike up to a picnic table.

I went looking for bug netting first my garden. Unfortunately they do not carry what I am needing. The staff was very knowledgeable and was able to tell me what they did carry, which us a bird netting, and knew immediately they didn't have what I was looking for.

Made a fairly large flooring purchase today. Mark in the flooring department was incredibly helpful, he gave us some thoughtful, expert recommendations that were much appreciated. Thanks Mark!

Great for buying tools or other hardware items if you need them. Store is nice and not hard to drive to and plenty of parking, so that's a big plus for me.

The staff at Lowe's are friendly and helpful. We've never had a bad experience there. And we always use our military discount. We spend the most time in the garden center. Lots of good prices and healthy plants.

We needed an emergency plumbing part. They had exactly what we needed, and we found it quickly. I love the large department signs! They make it so easy to navigate the store! The price was reasonable too.

Went here for a new fridge. Mine stopped working (on a Saturday, of course) so I needed one the same day. Very thankful to the young employee in that section was very helpful and helped us load it after we paid. Usually the Lowe's employees duck and hide when I need help.

I came to Lowes to purchase some appliances. Diamond helped my husband and me with the purchasing process. She was exceedingly helpful at finding what we were looking for. She also was very patient and friendly with our questions. I ended up having an issue with a new credit card and had to verify my purchase over the phone with the bank. Diamond was OVERWHELMINGLY patient and helpful during the process. I greatly appreciated her poise while I stepped away and battled the bank. When we finally were able to resolved the issue, Diamond was super helpful in assisting us further. I am very impressed with her professionalism and hope that she receives well-deserved accolades!

Great place! Really came a long ng way in the past year

Prepping Thanksgiving dinner for 18 when the 4 year old insinkerater kraps out! Puddles forming and water streaming out of the disposer(not supposed to do that) into the lower level...what a mess. Ran to Lowe's, bought a new one and installed it . Thanksgiving disaster averted. Thank you Lowe's! Thanks for building krap, Insinkerater!

We just had an amazing experience at the Lowes, Columbia thanks to the sales associate helping us! We went in looking for replacement kitchen cabinets. We found out from a sales associate that the model is discontinued. Then, he took the time to search the items we needed and went above and beyond to locate them quickly. Thanks Malachi for all you help! You made this one of our easiest Lowes visit!
