During my Utah trip I have visited this bar two times. The first time was with friends ordering simple drinks & shots. Good but very typical. The second time, the experience was more personal. I forgot the name of the bartender but I just told him the type of liquor & flavors I like, giving him freedom to make my drink. He made three different cocktail shots with different flavors of key lime, berries & even added milk which started my new obsession with dessert drinks. I loved the experience & had a great end to my trip.

Great prices on drinks and friendly staff. The atmosphere is great. I always love stopping by for a glass of wine or stein. Definitely worth going to if you're in downtown SLC. I bring $20-$30 and have some left over. Staff definitely earn their tips. I'll continue to be a loyal customer for a long time.

A great bar! Nothing fancy about it but very classic feel to it! Plus drinks are cheaper than your typical place!

Good bar, i was there to watch the finale of the superbowl, the safety is friendly and the barmaid also. I order Uber Eats and i ate inside, it's was OK.

The Patrick Stewart, Star Trek, looking man that be slagin drinks, be one the best spots in Salt Lake City.

I have been to this bar two or three times before, and I've always had a great experience with good drinks and friendly faces. However, my one concern is that a seasoned bartender who works there can be very aggressive towards customers, which could potentially become a safety issue.

Travel back in time when you step into this local dive. Friendly and lives up to its name. Oh, and ask about the mugs…

Thankfully all the negative reviews was not my experience at this bar. It’s a dive with cheap drinks and pool.. which is exactly what I was looking for. Definitely plan on coming back as there aren’t that many other bars that fit that criteria downtown. Don’t let the bad reviews steer you away!

Walked in was very nicely greeted by jenna the bartender was really friendly and welcoming cheap beer was great she was great to talk to after a work day and a long work week yet could still focus on the needs of other customers while still making everyone feel welcome I will definitely return thank you for making a new customer feel so welcome jenna

Cheap drinks at a classic dive bar.

We love this place! It is great to become a regular here. We always end up socializing with other people there and meeting very nice people. Hang out by the pool tables and you will meet new people! Friday night is karaoke, the later you are there it definitely turns into a college bar. The beers are very affordable and great local joint! Definitely our favorite pub around. workers are also nice. You can bring in food/order food to the bar as well.

Visiting SLC for MS-ISAC conference at the Grand America Hotel. Cheers 2 U is a much welcome home away from home right up the street. Cheap beer and the perfect 'i don't give a f attitude'. Thank you!

A place to have a classical old time bar experience. A stop out of time taking you back to wherever the aroma (beer and bleach) and their decor reminds you. Salt Lake City outside with the inside being- wherever memory lane goes.

Expect a more upfront customer experience from staff. However, if you call them out and don’t make things personal it can be fun to engage in playful banter. Don’t come here to have your ego stroked. Come for a genuine old school bar vibe and inexpensive drinks.

I love this place! Pool tables, good drinks and awesome bartenders. One of the best dive bars I've been to. Safe for Black people. It may look like a biker bar, but we are more than welcome here. I've made great friendships at Cheers!

Small, cozy bar located in the SLC downtown area. Very much a dive in every sense of the word and it's absolutely wonderful. Cheap drinks, great staff, wonderful mixed crowd and a big community feel. Locals are great to talk to, and you'll never be more than a few minutes with an empty glass. Definitely come here if you're looking for something different.

The staff is amazing. The drinks are cheep, the music is good. And if I wanna shoot some pool, they got that covered as well. Decent crowd on the weekdays but it gets pretty busy Friday and Saturday, so if you want a table or a seat at the bar, show up early. Cheers 🍺

A wonderful dive bar with cheap drinks, and good company. They have bar games, Sunday Football has free hot-dogs and brats, and the staff is pleasant and affable. Don't come here if you expect table service or you're shy or afraid to speak up. The drinks are cheap, come here to pre-game before other stuff. High end bars are down the street, respect this place for what it does.

Cheers To You is definitely one of those bars that is completely different during the day, when the late shift comes in, it's crowded, full of energy, and a twenty something crowd. During the day, its a cozy little dive bar with an attentive bartender, friendly patrons, two great pool tables, and a new golden tee machine. There are always a few seats at the bar, and open booths, until about 7pm. The bar has no kitchen, but will let you bring in lunch from any neighboring eatery, or order for you from Robbins Nest next door.

I conducted a bar crawl after moving to the city and am happy to call cheers home. The regulars are outgoing, the bar tenders are friendly and the atmosphere is comfortable.

If you're looking for a cheap drink with nice people this is the place :)
