Knowledgeable and helpful staff.
Minimal wait time, no lines. Interesting products to look at when you are in the short wait. I really can’t express how GOOD this pharmacy is when compared to the other options in our town… the big box stores and national chains are just NOT able to offer customer service in the same way and the employees there seem overburdened and grumpy. Employees here seem happy and well supported.

I think this is a hidden gem of a business!!

This literally has to be the FASTEST pharmacy in Columbia. I have never waited more than 5 minutes in the 3 years I’ve used them. I appreciate their friendly staff who greet me by name and they’re always willing to help!

Yesterday I rushed from the doctors to Flow's and arrived right before closing with my toddler. My insurance did not cover the certain ear drops . Before I could even try to problem solve myself, the pharmacist said he would call the pediatrician in the morning and get the other kind prescribed and then would deliver them directly to my work. I can't thank them enough for going above and beyond.

I've been using this pharmacy for close to 3 years now. I've got to say I love this place the people working here are always very nice and extremely helpful!

I tend to be very stingy with my 5 star ratings, but Flow's earned one. They have gone out of their way more than once to help me get the prescription that I needed.
