I Love to work out there have some good friends l work out with & the people who work there aren't to Bad either Turtle. 🐢

Our family loves this library! The people are vet friendly. They have a great selection and you can request a book from other connected libraries. They have a wonderful toy section with puppets, Legos and a little kitchen area. They also have a computer and tablets for children to learn on. They offer a variety of interesting classes children to adult! We love going to story time. They also have many computers (great for older children or adults!)

The Southern Boone public library used to be on the downtown strip but now it has its own independent building. The selection of books and other media is large and ever expanding, and also, for all ages! There is also lots of programs to participate in and things to do at the library besides read.
The library also serves as a good place for web browsing or playing chess, and other quiet things of that sort.
Downside: very popular place for kids from once school gets out around 3 until 5:30 or so. Steer clear, they normally make it loud and hard to concentrate.

After stopping by Pizza Haus for the eclipse, we saw the library had chairs out for people. When we brought our pizza over, someone greeted us right away and offered us solar glasses, popsicles, water and opportunities to look at a telescope. Everyone was super friendly and I think they went above and beyond to make it an amazing solar eclipse!

Such an amazing place that has the friendliness people.
