I had the opportunity to do traveling maintenance for this place. Teresa is a very professional property manager! Look forward to helping out in the future with them.

I have lived there for 5 years and it was the best place for the price. There was lots of up and downs with management but they finally got everything together. I always got maintenance done in an acceptable amount of time. The current management is constantly trying to improve the property and make living there better. Wish I could have stayed longer but I know its in good hands.

Other than that, its in a good location and really close to the park and events that take place there.

I moved 3 times in the past 4 years. And this place is very likely going to be my last until I get my degree in a few years.

The new manager Kelly is way more responsive and considerate than the previous one! Perfected my life here and definitely deserves a 5 star!

The place was built back in the 60s(or 70s?), but is very well maintained. And the condition is more than decent especially when considering the price and location.

We had positive experience living here! Everything was fixed on time, it is pretty close to downtown and Mizzou and has a beautiful park across the street. Our apartment was renovated but it was on the second floor right under the roof so it was a bit too hot during the summer and a bit too cold during the winter that was also reflected in our electricity bill. The price for 1bd apt was reasonable though and the location was great

This place is beautifully situated between the equestrian center and the park. It's right across from the swim beach and amphitheater. The apartments are nice and the residents are friendly. I'd give it 6 stars if I could!

Stephans Park Apartments, couldn’t be in a better location in town. It is near all everything such as restaurants, shopping, Stephan’s lake park, and most important the university’s campus/downtown! Kelly the property manager has worked extremely hard to fulfill resident satisfaction with all of her tenants. If you are considering leasing anywhere in Columbia consider Stephan’s Lake Apartments!

I’ve been living here for 5 years now and just love the location! I’m close to anything I want to go to- the park, downtown, either side of town, you name it! Recently we got new management, Kelly, who is so responsive and genuinely cares that this isn’t just a property—this is our home.

This place was perfect for the two years I lived there. It was clean, safe, quiet, affordable, reasonably walkable from downtown (a little over a mile), and near highway 63 for an easy commute to Jefferson City where I worked. Maintenance was usually done quickly when needed, which wasn't very often, and the manager was a pleasure to work with.

Kelly was fantastic! She is very personable and knowledgeable and believes in her property as well as the new management company! The property is in need of a manager that is a mover and a shaker! Kelly will do good things for this property!

Nice quiet property just across the street from one of the best running walking paths in Columbia. The new manager is friendly, polite, and best of all extremely responsive!! We are so glad we made Como home!

Kelly was awesome! She is very nice and professional. I moved here from another state and had to live in a hotel Kelly got me approved with in 24hr and I’m happy with my location!👍🏽

Kelly was great to work with. She showed us the apartment the same day, assisted us with the application process, and was very friendly and courteous.

New Management has taken over. Always answers calls, Kelly is so nice and friendly and eager to help. Highly recommend this complex. Directly across the street from a beautiful park which is also wonderful!

You won't find a more curvaceous flat this side of Kansas. These high rise beauties cast a handsome shadow at high noon across the mesa. Its 11:59, you got the cash, they got the keys, there's only one box, under(taker) the mat, 30 paces, best have your ballpoint QuickDraw down pat, no need for sales pitch, these farms sell themselves...

Stevens gotta the swagger, them sasparrrilla bottles don't matter, watch them spurs, on hardwood they make quite a clatter

First let me stay that the location is absolutely beautiful here at Stephen's Park apartments! Kelly(property manager)is personable and very accommodating.

Great apartments, the convenience to downtown is perfect for me and the person on the phone Sydney was extremely helpful and kind!

I’ve really enjoyed living here. The location next to the park is great, and any time I’ve had a problem (which have been very few) I always get help right away.
