Retained Harvey yesterday to handle a Leaving the Scene case. Chose him because he seemed very knowledgeable of the law and issues, and he was very proactive in taking the steps needed to prevent my arrest for said offense. Looking forward to getting my case resolved and getting my life on track and I think Mr. Hoffman is the man for the job!

Hired Harvey to help with a back rent issue that my landlord was trying to carry out. $1,500 for pretty much nothing. He did get one judgment set aside. But at trial, he just let the other lawyer just walk all over me and mother. We werent allowed to speak, which could have easily explained everything. But I was still ordered to pay the landlord over $2400. Which the landlord wouldn't even accept payment towards and use the same judgment that Harvey had set aside to evict me from the mobile home that I OWN and have the title for. Wouldnt even help, he basically quit when the judge banged the gavel. And he came off a bit rude and snippy, though we did share one laugh when I was going certain laws that he never even used or brought up. I think he just saw. easy money.

I called and, almost yelling, he said " Not interested, man. Take it to small claims." and abruptly hung up. He sounded very angry and impatient. I'm thankful that I didn't have a chance to hire him.

He's the best, he is fun and energetic and has ur back, more likely to stab u in the back, i Learned the hard way, don't trust him
