We just bought our entire house worth of cabinets and countertops and saved nearly 30% compared to local suppliers, on high quality cabinetry. Rinette was a joy to work with.

Management staff are amazing. Delt with a young lady with dark hair cute in the face and an amazing attitude, the staff at the front end very knowledgeable and helpful. Always a pleasure to shop at the Williston location.

We love home depot. We have a garden in the back of our condo and it has been put together with almost entirely home depot stuff. We have corn, cukes, carrots, watermelon and so many other treats growing in our garden. We also love the house plants and get our mulch and lawn care things there too.

NURSERY @ The Home Depot

I very rarely go to The Home Depot and honestly didn’t even know they had a Nursery.
Finally today I decided to go there and check it out, after unsuccessful attempts to find some indoor plants elsewhere.
To my surprise, and despite the very cold weather, they had quite a selection of pots and plants as well as seeds and soil.
I will certainly be back when it warms up so I can get a few more plants for my balcony.

The staff are wonderful people and great workers. Every time I needed help or had an issue I'd go to the customer service desk and it would get resolved quickly. Such a positive and awesome experience at this store!!!

Pretty good customer service. It's a huge place but thankfully it's fairly organized and signs are everywhere. Only downside is the bathroom is waaaay in the back.

Big shoutout to Stevie and Tom (on forklift). Fantastic customer service on a Friday at 6pm. Stevie tracked down the 2500 lbs of pavers I needed after I gave up (they were tucked away in a hard to find spot) and Tom did the rest, taking time to carefully load my truck. Appreciate you guys!!

Staff are always helpful. Decent tool belt selection. I rented the carpet cleaner to shampoo my car seats - it was a quarter the price of paying for a detail and I was able to really take my time. Drop off was easy. They have good rope selections for home use as well.

I find some good deals here .i do like the cart of clearance wood marked down 70 percent off .you can find some good pieces .nice place for garden stuff clearance wood I made these steps cost less than 20 dollars it's wood on a special cart steps are on side of deck if needed

Every time I go into Home Depot it is a drag of an experience. There is never anyone to assist you, store setup doesn't make sense, and when there is finally someone to assist you they have no clue and will direct you to non sense items. I am only leaving this review for an employee named Alex who actually knew the product and where to find it. Thank you so much!

First I want to say this store is great every time Ive gone in. They have a pretty good selection of items and every employee we have interacted with when we go in has not only been extremely knowledgeable and resourceful, but especially courteous. My fiance and I had a horrible experience with an appliance delivery but after coming in and working with Justin, the Customer Service Manager, he not only completely restored our opinions of Home Depot but was a true joy to work with. This guy is a true asset to the team at Home Depot and I am so grateful he was able to help us.

Incredible staff, I ordered a fridge and went to go pick it up on a Saturday. Associate Tyler went to get it, well somehow the truck was never unloaded, he came back to the desk and asked if we could come back in an hour and he and another associate would have it for us. They unloaded a 51ft truck because of course my fridge was the first item on it, but he made sure I got what I came for. Great staff stellar jobs everyone. Thank you.

Refreshing customer service. Was trying to find a base item for a two part deal going on. Not only was my experience friendly, but impressive as the guy working that section flipped heaven and earth to find a couple out of sight. Don't see that anymore! Wish I lived closer. Great experience. Saved a bunch of money!

An online order I placed arrived at the Williston store, it wasn't ready to be picked up yet but I was in the area and tried my luck to receive the item. The customer service employee worked quickly and accurately to look up my order, sent someone in the warehouse to locate the items and when I checked back with them after about 20-30 mins. it was there. I give both the customer service rep and lady working in the warehouse 5 out 5 stars: extremely professional, very helpful and lightning fast.

Love coming here. We always get a hot dog before going home. My wife loves the garden center.

This is my local store and never disappointed with the service from all the employees on the floor in the garden at the cs desk or the online order pick up. All are always friendly and always help you find things or suggest items and pick of orders or returns are always easy. Sometimes it can be busy but best to go early or late and u can avoid most wait times. Good place good people.

Truly the best customer service of any big store I’ve experienced. The associates at the painting center are incredible and so friendly, thanks for helping me get the painting supplies I need! Also, I was glad to witness a detailed morning safety briefing to protect employees and customers. Keep up the good work and thanks for being there for the community during the pandemic.
