Big O Tires

Love these guys. Referred from my son. Young guys listen well, fixed my leaky tires, brakes, offer coupons and A RIDE instead of waiting. Polite, PROFESSIONAL staff. I call them all Big Sexy and they are still Polite. Haha

I usually only work with Big O Tires on the south side, but due to a flat I went to the closest one. I was pleasantly surprised they treated me with the same urgency and kindness than the guys on the south side! This shows me I made the right decision to keep my loyalty to a company that is consistently showing wonderful qualities in an auto shop….which we all know is unheard of! Thank you guys at the Big O Tires on Business Loop!

Everything hasn’t always been perfect. I have had some issues but it is how those issues have been taken care of that keeps me going back. Brian Ronchetto has made sure to take the steps to keep my vehicles running smoothly and us satisfied. All businesses need more Brian’s.

My daughter hit a curb and caused damage to her tire. Jeff at Big O Tires in Columbia MO took excellent care of her by replacing her tire the same day. Just in time for her to make it home for the holidays. Much appreciated!

Traveling through Columbia MO one of the back tires on my dually went flat. I had planned on replacing the back 4 tires when I got home… too late. My hometown Big O referred me to the Big O on the Business Loop in Columbia. It was late in the afternoon and they were able to work me in and was able to replace the back 4 dually tires that I wanted. Highly recommend Big O. Prompt and courteous service. They were able to get me back on the road. Thank you and thanks to crew for doing a great job.

Best nation wide franchise. Best tire warranty. And when you don't buy their tires, they still fix flats at a very reasonable price to keep you moving!

These guys were amazing! Traveling through, brought my truck in for a shimmie, they perfectly balanced my tire and found a weak spot in my breaks. They were able to perform the repairs so quickly, provided me with transportation while I waited and were very kind in the process. I would highly recommend!

I’ve always had great experiences at Big O Tires. I recently went in for a tie patch, and they got me in and out quickly. The front staff were super friendly and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and they answered all my questions. I’ve been going to Big O Tires, and that has always been my experience. They even helped me out once by finding me a new tire bolt after mine was lost and installing it at no cost. They are great!

Amazing service. I had a flat occur in the middle of a road trip (one of the most frustrating experiences), but Jerome and team at Big O took great care of me, finding my odd sized tires and getting me on my way ASAP. They even check in to make sure I'd made the rest of my journey safely.

Kent and I needed 2 new tires, a new rim and the chip in the window fixed and had the best customer service experience! Although the store was busy, phone ringing non stop, Jeff, at the counter was personable and so professional! He was calm, cool and confident in his demeanor! Five star service by the team!

I have a great vehicle that is starting to need maintenance and repairs simply due to the age of the car. I have came here several times for various things as they always have great service at reasonable prices and most recently for what I thought was going to be a pricey repair. The incredibly knowledgeable team here took another look for me and found the real issue which saved me a ton of money and time! I absolutely recommend Big-O tires off Business loop 70 to anyone.

I've been coming to Big O since before it was Big O. I buy all my tires here because I get lifetime service and care for the tires, and they can readily fix other issues as they come up, AND they stand behind their work.
