Today was a new experience at the dentist. The people were friendly, courteous and informative. I got the feeling they were genuinely interested in their patients. Before I left the office, I took the decision to have all my dental needs taken care of at Aspen.

I went in for a denture fitting. I can’t remember the girls name that worked on my dentures but she was excellent. I have immediate dentures but she made them almost perfect. I give this 5 stars because of the dental assistant.

Had broken lower plate for the fourth time from another dental practice. Aspen got me in the same day and secured it for the holiday weekend. Rob was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Would’ve taken impressions that day, it would’ve saved a step later, but time constraints prevented. I will be returning.

Had my first visit with the team at Aspen. They were all so kind and professional!

Ok, had my second appointment today. Not so good. I was there for the re-align that was set for today after my consultation last Tuesday. Went to the am appt for the molds to be made. No one said anything about not having part of the denture that would be needed for the bottom dentures to fit at all. Came back in the afternoon and was told about this fact. My bottom dentures will be either extremely painful if I use them or just plain unusable. This should not have happened. The office manager even discussed the rings that would be needed and said I would have to pay for them myself since my insurance would not cover them. (My insurance actually does cover them) After I got out of the chair I asked to see the manger. A lady told me she was with someone but she would go tell her that I wanted to talk to her. I waited 10 more minutes (the lady never came back to let me know if the manger would be able to see me) and decided to leave. I’m extremely disappointed and am now thinking that I picked the wrong place to trust with my dental care.

This was my 1st appointment at Aspen Dental. They gave me an 5 start treatment. I did have to wait 45 minutes to be seen, but everyone there was extremely nice and very friendly. Dr. Parrot did an excellent job of discussing with me what an appropriate treatment plan would be. Great job!

All of the staff are very friendly and make you feel welcome. I love that I can get in quick if I am having any pain. I have been going to Aspen dental for a few years and would definitely recommend them for quality and affordable care. They also have lots of payment options which saved me today. Thanks!

The staff are fantastic. Everyone is kind, caring and friendly. The Dentist was extremely thorough and addressed all of my concerns. I will be having a good deal of work done to prepare for my dentures and I am in good hands with the Columbia office of Aspen Dental.

Everyone I saw during my appointment constantly checked up on me and made sure I could tell them if there was a problem, and explained things more than other dentists I’ve had. Very comfortable and friendly environment, and I loved that there were so many women in the office!

Extremely empathetic, gentle, and JUDGEMENT FREE!!! I explained my sensitive areas and issues. Doc found an infection another dentist mis diagnosed just days before. Prescribed me meds that were ready before I even left the office and helped me create a treatment plan that worked with what I wanted vs needed that fit in my budget!!! Would highly recommend.

Everyone was so nice and made the process less scary( I’m scared of dentists lol). I found out mid appointment that my dental insurance was inactive. Customer service called me back after my appointment was over to let me know that my first appointment was free even though they did extensive X-rays and scans. Definitely going back once I figure out my insurance issue.

I actually had an appointment an hour and a half away and went in just on a whim they may have had a cancelation. They squeezed me in on a Saturday and got me out of pain! I am so grateful I didn't have to drive far and they took great care of me!

Great staff great Doctor answered all questions with great detail and knowledge brought down to my level so I understood any and all procedures. They did all this with friendliness and knowledge that has not been my experience at other dental offices. Thank you!

I came in a couple days after I had 2 molar extractions done, cuz I was having trouble with my existing partial. They were hurting my mouth. The teeth that hooked to it were now gone. A nice, young man, Jackson, came in the room and was amazing. I didn't even have to see the Dr. He cleaned out my extraction holes real well, cut the metal loops that used to go around the teeth and worked with my existing partials until they fit very well and most importantly, didn't hurt me anymore. Here's the kicker, they now weren't holding on to any teeth but were still very secure and not moving at all in my mouth.
Glad to hear that Jackson is currently studying to be a Dentist himself, with his gentle bedside manner along with solving my issue that day, I would recommend Aspen Dental to anyone.

I had a crown come off and called Aspen. They got me in fast and Dr. Jenny was WONDERFUL. Everyone was kind and supportive. Kit could not have been better.

The amount of kindness the workers have at this place is through the roof, I highly recommend coming here to anyone! I'm beyond impressed and being someone scared of the dentist that says a lot

5-2-24. I can’t say enough good things about Dr Parret, Trisha, Maya and the staff at Aspen Dental. They are all very friendly, respectful and professional. They make you feel like family and always give 110% to make sure you are taken care of. I highly recommend them.
