I've always loved Papa John's!! 😎👍🍽😁 This visit was with the manager Tina. She was amazing and offered me the in store position for employment. I moved to a better homeless shelter and buses unfortunately don't run as late as id be getting off work. Thanks Tina for giving me a chance, and sorry it didn't work out 😢

Placing my order was easy on my mobile web browser. I signed up for papa rewards in under 35 seconds. For the first time in my life I got to order a pizza from Papa John’s. I went over 30 years before ever eating a Papa John’s pizza. I’m gluten free and I’ve been that way my whole life. I have no other choice/options. Thank you for being apart of the change in the country. I can now eat gluten free pizza with Papa.

Quick delivery. Order at 1:41pm Sunday delivery driver called and arrived at 2:04pm. I live close to this location. Food was hot and fresh. Thanks! Guys

The management helped out a hungry ill older gentleman with a small complimentary pizza. This act of humanity won me over. Kudos!!!!

Dori's customer service was great its always nice to be greeted kindly when out here unering you go girl you deserve a raise for the way you was handling your business the only worker and I received my order in record time again thanks for the great service.

I ordered on a Sunday at 1140 pm and had a pizza in my room by 1210. Took a chance on it in lieu of the negative reviews. This was also after a concert at the enterprise which was sold out!

Ordered pizza and dessert by phone around 11:30 pm on a Friday, paid ahead including tip. The order was accurate and received within allotted time with no issues! Food was good! Thank you

After living downtown for over a year, I've found Papa John's to be extremely reliable. It seems every time I order elsewhere it's overpriced and/or the order is wrong. Last night Papa John's accidentally cut my pizza and instead of giving it to me anyways they made me a fresh pizza and the mess up as a courtesy. Your professionalism is not lost on me - I'll be back soon!

I placed a delivery order once a week for a month at this location. My third delivery order was placed nine days ago.The pizza arrived ninety minutes later and cold. The roads were bad due to the weather. The delivery wait time didn't alarm me because I was aware of the road conditions. I was a little bothered by the cold pizza but decided to just reheat my slices. That one time fumble didn't deter me from placing a fourth order seven days later. Today, I received a post card stating my recent order did not meet the company's standards and an offer for a free pizza. I was astonished. I had never informed the store about the pizza I had received.This was the first time a company has ever offered me anything for an inconvenience. Honestly, that simple but meaningful postcard was the best customer service gesture I have ever received in my life. Thank you so much!

Came trough on a 2am pizza.... only gave 5 stars because I couldn't give 10

I order delivery from here when I stay at a hotel downtown. It's usually late at night when I order. The pizza is always good, and I typically order garlic knots too. The only issue I've had was, the person taking my order via phone missed my phone number by one digit and were calling the coroners office in Indiana. I was waiting in the lobby and the delivery guy found me and I received my pizza no problem. Good place.

I've gotten pizza delivered from here many times. It's always fresh, and always arrives much quicker than promised. Drivers are always courteous. I tend to order online, so I'm not too familiar with the inside staff, but the one time I had a problem with an order (my fault), the manager was extremely courteous and helpful. I'll continue to order from here.

Professional service at midnight on a Tuesday, extremely fast and well made food.

Got my food on time the workers was awesome they went above and beyond for me I will go there any time and the food was very good management was the best the communication skills was where they need to be. I will recommend everyone in St. Louis that’s downtown to eat at this Papa John

My father ordered me a pizza tonight while I was waiting at a transit station on a very tight schedule. The driver managed to get the pizza to me before the bus left and went out of his way to make sure I had some food. I don't remember the drivers name, but, man if you're seeing this...thank you. You made the night 100x easier.

We have ordered a spicy pizza from this shop during out stay to St. Louis city and it was very tasty. There is a casual indoor seating for the customers, delivery or take away are also options. The prices were reasonable, the service was good. No beers were served to the shop (alcohol in general).

Currently we are all being plagued with dramatic conditions of Covid-19. Safety and awareness has been problematic to say the least. Since the pandemic number of infections continue to rise. I sincerely appreciate your precautionary methods and approach to keeping me and you safe. The workers who accept its challenges and continue to thrive under its presence is nothing short of commendable.
