Allex the Lead was absolutely amazing! Very helpful, kind and went out of his way to help me in whatever way he could last Saturday when I had an unexpected tire issue that couldn't be patched. He worked with me to find the most economical and well rated tire and got me back on the road in a very reasonable amount of time. I appreciate his kindness and willingness to go the extra mile while also offering amazing customer service and understanding. Thank you Allex for turning an unexpected frustrating experience into a positive experience. Walmart tire and auto care center on Grindstone will continue to get my business for my auto care needs and I highly recommend them.

FANTASTIC SERVICE! Got my battery replaced under warranty yesterday, and the experience made me glad I had purchased my battery from Wal Mart. The process was fast, smooth and painless. The manager was very helpful and enthusiastic. Pleasure doing business with you! Thank you!

Went in early to the Walmart on Conley and was told the technician was not there yet. I then called walmart on Grindstone and was told that they had a technician and I should come on over. The store manager was covering for the Auto department because of staff shortages. He was pleasant and the work was done in a timely manner. Satisfactory results.

Saturday 10/02/2021. Had Douglas All-Season tires installed on one sedan, and Vercelli Strada XL tires that I had ordered for another vehicle had arrived as well so I also had them install tires on the van. Katelyn and Alex where very polite and patient with all my questions. Very good communication. It is best to just leave the vehicle and wait for them to call when vehicle is complete. Great prices. Will probably transition my entire fleet to Walmart Auto Services on Grindstone. Will update if any problems appear.

Where do I start!? I found a bulge in my tire, and came here to get it repaired since everyone else was closed. Right off the bat, I was hit with the BEST customer service I’ve ever experienced at any Walmart. I truly thought I was going to be stranded in Missouri, as I’m from Iowa. But with the friendliness, professionalism, and courtesy from these hard working employees - I am now able to make it home safely. Thank you so much for everything you all have done for me!!

I saw some negative reviews here, and I almost let them sway me. But I'll give my experience because I think these guys have tons of happy people who perhaps don't take the time to review them here.

They were very courteous, and prompt to the counter. I even had a promotional offer and they didn't hassle me about it, just discounted my bill.

The mechanic took my car out and did a 8 track and came back to check the re-torque on my tires. They actually took the time for it despite me being the last customer and they were extremely busy on a hot and humid day.

They went over every detail as far as what was covered on my tires.

I'll be returning here for more work; and to say anything about their integrity; I accidentally left my wallet with money in it and they brought it out to me in the waiting area.

Thanks Grindstone Wal-Mart TLE! You guys work hard and are awesome!

We are SO thankful for JR and manager Billy who just saved our travel day!!!! We had a problem with our front left tire losing air while hauling an RV to South Dakota and they were kind enough to take pity on us and help us out with no notice. Due to COVID, their department is only taking tire emergencies and they took care of ours! Even further, JR diagnosed the problem as a bent valve stem and replaced it — at NO charge, per Billy’s decision! Not only did they save our travel and keep us from having a blow out, they were kind and caring when they didn’t have to be. The world needs not only more employees like JR and Billy, but more humans! We’re back on the road now because of their kindness and help. Thank you SO much!!!! -Tiffany and Chris

Jacob was the attending associate that performed an oil change on my 2007 Hyundai accent, the service was very fast & effectively! I Spoke with Jacob and he was kind and courteous to me concerning my vehicle! I hope to see Jacob in the future at Wal-Mart auto Dept., Because he will be the one I request as well as I will refer other ppl to ask for Jacob in automotive, when in need for referrals concerning their vehicles!! Thank you Jacob so much!!

Great service and polite people

I had to wait for a while, but the mechanics and service manager and staff were very nice.

The woman at the counter was very friendly and helpful. Had a short wait time and the install was timely and done properly.

We came to this one because there was no wait, we were at the Broadway Walmart where there was a 3 and a half hr wait. Friendly and helpful! I'd come here again.

Service can take awhile but I feel like I have always gotten good service at a good price.
