Curly fries were fresh and good. Roast beef piled high on the bun and that horsey sauce is great. Good experience.

For some reason this is the only fast food restaurant I've never had bad service at, and in the 20 year's I've been going to this particular one I've only had bad food once and that was a long time ago.

The people that work there are the nicest people ever! Always a smile to greet me. No complaints!

Ordered at drive thru. Service was great. Had the best fresh made hot fries that we have had anywhere in ages. All food was delicious.

4 Arby's RB for $10 was a great deal, in fact every time we run to the City we always have to stop by Arby's in Harrisonville and bring home 4 RB sandwiches 🥪 for $10 ! In fact, we came home with 8 sandwiches 🥪 😋 for our neighbors who watched Tux and Kota ! Yes, Tux and Kota had an RB sandwich 🥪 too ! Thanks again, Heather Cruz, Mgr for always making sure our order is correct ! Kudos to you and your staff ! Yummy ❤ 😋. We'll definitely be back soon 😋 !

I was highly impressed by the service at this establishment. Taylor did an excellent job of taking and filling my order. She was very courteous and friendly. Unfortunately, you don't see enough employees in the fast food business, especially the younger ones. The food was great, as well. I intend to eat here, again. Highly recommended.

Quality food on a consistent basis! I love their beef n' cheddar sandwich, the onion roll is unique & so delicious. Their curly fries are awesome as well as their cherry turnovers. This restaurant is more expensive than most other fast food places but well worth the extra expense!

Staff were fantastic! Very knowledgeable and patient. The jalapeno's stuffed with cheese were very tasty as were the Gyros and jamoca milkshakes which were absolutely the best! We're definitely returning for more of these three delicious food choices. I didn't use the restroom at this restaurant so I cannot speak about its cleanliness.

Very clean dining area. Really amazing staff that went out of their way to insure that our orders were perfect. Sydney, the cashier was very outgoing and personable. The young man who prepared my sanwhich, actually came into the dining area to ask how everything was! Very impressed!

Stopped by in the evening service was excellent. Food was out fast and fresh. Great customer service, employees were all cheerfull and polite. All in all one of the best fast food places I have been to in years. We will be making frequent trips to KC and this will be on our place to stop list.

While the KFC was closed for ambiguous reasons we can only assume. The Arby's stayed open and had amazing customer service. I'm actually glad the KFC was closed and full of lazy horrible people because I got treated to exceptional service at this Arby's instead! Pay your workers because they actually provide good service!

5:11 pm Sunday, July 11th 2021. Excellent service from all team members. The gentleman who took our order was extremely professional and friendly. Someone needs to hand out some promotions!

Super nice crew. When fries were going to take a while she let me know, but then reminded me they were going to be super super hot. Very kind, polite staff.

Good customer service. Clean. Got slider and nuggets. At least their nuggets still real.

My youngest son and I went thru drive thru so he could eat before he went to work. He bought me a kid's meal, my choice, with a roast beef slider. That's the first slider I'd tried, it was pretty good but most kids and me could've ate two of them. I just wish they hadn't taken their cheaper sandwich menu away because we used to get like six sandwiches for under $20.00, they were smaller than the normal sandwiches but bigger than two sliders. It worked for a fast meal for three of us, especially if we had other plans to get done.

I feel like Arby's is Harrisonville's best kept secret. I hadn't been in probably 5 years, but tried it again a month or two ago and have had 6 positive experiences since then, and no negative. I've gone through the drive-thru the first 5 times, and today went inside. Great customer service, great food, and clean inside when I went in today.

Great service and the food was awesome. We were greeted with a warm welcome as we placed our order. Dinning area was very clean and inviting.
