Taco Bell

I’ve been to many Taco Bells all over the US and this was one of the BEST I’ve been to! The food was correct, fresh, and they didn’t skimp on the meat like so many others do. The staff was also friendly and welcoming. Every one of them should get a raise! It was a pleasure visiting this store. I hope to stop again one day if I’m ever traveling through again.

They really have turned this place around... The service is really quick and have friendly staff. Food was accurate and hot. Good job folks!!!

Service is a downfall dislocation the only one on one you get is when you go to the drive-thru when you go inside you have to use automated ordering.

We went there late after midnight.. received good service and food was hot and tasty!!

I don't live in the area but I've never had a bad experience at this taco bell. I come here for breakfast when I have deliveries nearby. Apparently if you want high quality service from a drive through, you need to come before lunch.

Went through the drive thru 11/30/22. The person on the other end of the speaker was extremely pleasant and took my order correctly. Did not have to wait long for my food. The person at the window was also very pleasant. The food was great. The only problem I had was I did not receive all I ordered. I should have checked before I left but was in a hurry. Did not get the chips for my chips and cheese. I was already home so chose not to go back just for chips. Word to the wise, check your order before you leave. Shouldn't have to but mistakes happen. I would definitely recommend Harrisonville Taco Bell. The food is really good and associates are friendly.

this location has been 'ight for the longest time.. then.. really bad for a few years... But tonight.. BEST DAMN TACO BELL IVE EVER HAD IN ANY KC LOCATION.. as service worker myself the employees working at 12:30-1am on 2/28/23 deserve a shout-out I only wish I had gotten their names

I’m a truck driver so I bobtail to this restaurant when they where closed in the front lobby and they invited me in with open arms. Great experience would for sure swing by again if I pass by the state.

The nicest best Taco Bell I’ve ever encountered it’s amazing and the staff is so amazing. They gave me the police discount and it was totally free on the manager there such an amazing place to eat that I would recommend them 100% whoever worked on Wednesday, August 24, 2022 at 12:48 am was the best staff I have ever met Especially the manager on duty he was so sweet and so nice and so respectful he made me feel so great that one guy he knows who he is he even I don’t even know how to explain he just was so amazing

I usually avoid this Taco Bell because they are notorious for getting orders wrong. However, they were the only place open, so I gave them a chance. The drive-thru worker was polite and funny, and my order was not only correct, but also fresh and delicious.

Might be time to try again if you’ve been boycotting their bad service.

I got to give it to these folks.. when nobody could go to a restaurant to sit down and eat, if the place was even open, we could count on our fast food restaurants to be there to provide a quick meal. The drive through traffic had to have doubled and maybe even tripled. I'll say this taco Bell, although extremely busy, kept their service professional and friendly. Food quality and taste has been the best I've ever seen here. And I commend these new youngsters joining the workforce. Seen a lot of teens get hired on and catch on real quick and quickly become a valuable asset to the restaurant. Great job for sure here at the Harrisonville Taco Bell!

This visit restored our faith in our hometown Taco Bell. Service was fast, friendly and accurate. The food was perfect. Keep up the good work!!!

My family and I were just passing through and had drove as long as we could without stopping. This Taco Bell was right off the highway. It was clean and the people were very friendly. It definitely was a pleasure to stop in somewhere new and feel comfortable. I will definitely stop here again.

We in used the restroom before I even order walked out went thru drive thru the lady was sweet and smiled made me happy the food was spot on delicious i would recommend them to family and friends

This Taco Bell is the best in Cass County, hands down. The staff is always friendly and willing to help. The lunch rush is always a little crowded but the food is hot and quite delicious. If you're looking for a good fast food joint locally, I'd highly recommend this Taco Bell.

Customer service was great. The cashier Mason G was super polite and very courteous. Words can't describe this man's outstanding customer service. Definitely deserves a raise!

Never had the cinnamon filled balls and they gave me an order of them to try...now I'm hooked!! They are such pleasant people to their customers. I'm a senior person and they never forget my discount, although sometimes I forget to mention it!

Quick service and nice portions.

Went to pick up our food got told to pull to the mobile pickup spot. And another co-worker is parked in the mobile app pickup spot making it very hard for me and my fiance to determine whether we would still be receiving our meal. Ultimately having to park in a handicap spot was the last result shake my head. Management all outside talking to other co-workers while still blocking the mobile app area pick up very unprofessional.
