After finding a truck online that we were interested in, we decided to visit the dealership. We were greeted by Terry Graves. He was so great to work with and so knowledgeable. Definitely not the typical "used car salesman" that you'll find at other places. Travis and Mark were great too! I would definitely do business with him again!

I bought a truck with check engine lights on, so I didn't test drive the truck. I went ahead with the deal, with in writing they will get all dash lights off and truck will be the way it should for driving and operation. Due to it being right after Christmas and just b4 new years, they had an issue getting parts due to weather and holidays but no fault of their own. The truck was being stubborn. The service manager did an amazing job keeping me in the loop and fixing all my issues. Sales stuff did good as well. Would definitely go back for another vehicle.

Was in town for a couple of weeks from the northeast and came to Show Me auto mall to find a diesel pickup. I had some really specific needs and my salesperson Kit was incredibly helpful and patient. I came back to the lot 4/5 times trying just about every pickup they had on the lot. Ended up getting a chevy 2500 after a lot of deliberation. Kit was great every step of the way and has remained a great communicator after the sale as I was scheduling some installs on my truck. Can’t speak highly enough of Kit and the entire team at Show me auto mall.

I didn't know buying a car could be so much fun! I had an amazing experience at Show Me Auto Mall. The hardest part was trying to figure out what vehicle I liked the best out of their huge inventory. Logan was incredibly helpful and showed me so many nice cars until I found one that was perfect for me. They made the financing process so easy and thanks to John Lopez I didn't even have to put any money down and I got an amazing warranty and my payment was even lower than what I had budgeted for myself. Saud was a pleasure to work with. We came in as a walk in on our first visit with only 20 minutes to spare. He pulled around a couple of different trims of the van we were interested in and gave us time to look and answered our questions. We made an appointment to meet with him again the next business day when we had more time. He had the vehicles we were interested in ready. If we had questions or concerns he was able to answer them or find out the answers for us. When found a couple of imperfections, but the time was taken to make agreements to fix them. Buying a car has always been a daunting task for me, right up there with moving.
