Jenasea, the resident manager here is just the best. She works incredibly hard at correctly taking care of the property grounds with pride and is the main reason I still have a storage unit here. This is the only bill I’ve ever had that I, believe it or not, actually look forward to paying monthly because we get to chat and visit!

This is the best place to store your things. The Property Manager is top notch and you will never have to worry about security of your unit. Pointy ends on the fence and the property is always clean. I’ve rented twice at this location and it’s always been great.

Best price in town! It was really easy to get everything set up and closed out when we got finished with our storage until. The lady was so helpful with all of my questions and was to help get a lock as well. I would recommend storing your things here!

I had storage at this location for over a year and it was a good experience. I highly recommend this location. Pricing is competitive, payment options are easy, and the location is secure. The current property manager, Jenasea, is very helpful, responsive, and pleasant to work with. There are many options for storage in this city, but this was my best experience hands down.

Millcreek Self Storage is a great place to do business with. The lady in charge was wonderfully helpful. The units were clean and easily accessible. And I never worried about the elements ruining my stuff.

This facility rocks! I used one of the parking spaces for a trailer I had. parking spaces are wide and driving area to back up into was too. Was able to back my trailer using my U-Haul!! Jenasea was fantastic in setting this up Move-out was painfree.

I have had a unit with Millcreek Storage on 900 E for about 3 years and they have been wonderful to with with! They have upgrade the asphalt and improved the snow removal, upgraded the security on site, and the staff on site has gone above and beyond every chance she gets. If you can get a unit here, I recommend it!

Super convenient location, and the entrance is large enough for a full sized uhaul. The storage unit itself is great but the customer service I encountered was amazing. The manager of the units is extremely nice, on the ball, and ready to answer any question or concern I have. 5 star plus!

The owners of the storage unit are very friendly and great to work with. Very reasonable prices and my belongings were still in great condition after being stored for 7 years. I would definitely recommend this place!

We came to Millcreek Self Storage under a bit of duress, needing short term storage for a lot of stuff, and then long term storage for just some stuff. Jenasea was so kind and so helpful from start to finish. She did not miss a beat and has provided us with great professional service. I would definitely recommend Millcreek Self Storage to anyone needing a storage unit in the greater Salt Lake Area.

Millcreek Self Storage is an inexpensive storage facility as prices have risen over the last ten years.
They've reduced they're open hours which cut access to storage locker renters. It would be helpful if Millcreek stayed open beyond 5pm on weeks preceding a holiday so that those who store items such as camping gear, boats or trailers has easier access to them.
As well, their lanes are narrow and it isn't always possible to maneuver a Uhaul into the lane in which you space is causing you to move your items a couple of lanes by moving trolley which is difficult.
Millcreek did, in the last year, spend money on new pavement which is a really nice upgrad. Management is incredibly kind, helpful and lives on-site which provides an extra feeling of security.
Overall, even with some of the inconveniences, I would and will continue to store my possessions Millcreek Self Storage. Excellent customer service makes up for a few difficulties in my book and the prices can't be beat.

I never had any worries about keep our stuff here which is rare at a storage place that is this affordable. Also everyone of the employees I interacted with was super nice and friendly.
