So nice and I haven't met one person there that doesn't seem to love my dog and I love that and so does he! Highly recommend going here if it's important that your vet seems to love the animals they care for. Prices seem to be reasonable and care is very thorough. I can't say enough good things about the doctor and staff here.

My roommate and I have now made two long-distance emergency visits to Dr. Sherman for two different fish and we have only high praise for her and the veterinary staff! All of our concerns are addressed fully and with the utmost care, and everything is explained thoroughly. We feel very confident with our exotic pets in Dr. Sherman's hands and we wouldn't go anywhere else!

These are not the veterinarian professionals they appear to be. They are the embodiment of Compassion. There, one of the worst experiences I have had to endure: the release of my Best friend from my life and this world, led me to find a depth of compassion I had not experienced or expected to find.
I had always been rather cynical and jaded in my view of the profession as a whole, and had thought the industry to be parasitic to the heart and exploitative of the turmoil of those that had to seek their services. While that may still be the case in other locations it isn’t the case here.
These amazing individuals went above and beyond the fear and the hurt and the grief and brought some comfort and compassion to me. They confronted and erased the conviction that there were none that kept principles over profits. They delivered something more important to me then I ever delivered to them.

Our dogs love the staff here! The Doctor Took the time to explain all treatments and medication that we were prescribed. And they gave us information regarding the latest information on the proper food for our dogs. We also bring all of our cats here for any services they need. We are happy with the treatment we get.

We took our Kitty in to see why she was not acing normal. Turns out she had a GI blockage and we decided to put her to sleep, they were Professional, Kind and very tender with us, they offered a paw print and a lock of her hair.
they made a dreadful experience very nice.

My Zoo has been nothing short of amazing with my fur babies. My first encounter here, they assisted my cat in reaching the other side, which obviously was terribly sad, especially at a new place we had not been to yet. They were so sweet and gentle with her and with us, and got us in last minute. They treated my old cat with such care that I ended up switching vets and now bring all my fur babies here and they get the best care. I have one cat that gets very vocal and agitated when she has to get any kind of shots or exams and they know just how to handle her and get it all done quickly so she can go back to being her happy cat self at home. I have not had a single issue at My Zoo and love knowing that we will be treated with respect and kindness from everyone there, always ❤ Thank you My Zoo!!

My Zoo was able to get us in quickly to see Fawn. Dr. Ardnt was able to diagnois Fawn's leg issue and prescribe meds and a plan going forward. I have always received great care for my dogs at My Zoo.

I was wondering how it changed from My Zoo and was pleasantly surprised. They have very attentive staff from receptionist to the doctor. I will be a continued customer. Thanks for your help with my L-ee

The staff is always super friendly! Clean facilities. The staff really cares for all the animals and they answer any and all questions you would have. I love that they give an estimated cost for you before they start any treatment so you know what to expect on the way out! I’m never going to take my fur babies anywhere else!

After a horrific experience with another local bet office, My Zoo took care of my cat and even scheduled him for an emergency surgery. I especially love how they limit how many pets are in the office at one time to ensure every animal stays safe. I routinely board my cat here and they do an amazing job every time!

We just had our first visit with our 11-year old dog and we were really happy overall!

Our favorite part, honestly, was how calm the front office is. They have a policy of only having one pet in there at a time and their entry and exit doors are set up to make this happen. Bravo for this thoughtful policy and building design. 👏 This is such a huge relief as owners of a reactive dog--vet visits at other offices have always been reallllllly stressful for us because of having to wait in a room with other pets.

We had a wonderful experience with the vet tech and the vet--both were friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to answer our questions. They were both also really sweet to our dog who tends to be a little timid and scared, and that was appreciated more than they know.

We also really appreciated that they had a yoga mat on the exam table. It's such a simple touch, but made a world of difference in making our older dog comfortable.

My Zoo is our third vet in our four years of living in Columbia. We had a great one in St. Louis before we moved here and have been trying hard to find someone similar in Columbia to no avail. We're optimistic after our first visit that My Zoo is it! :)

Staff was really kind even though my oldest is ill behaved. They got both my dogs in and out quick and efficiently! Very clean and would highly recommend to all my friends!

I love My Zoo. They are great with my 14 year old Australian Shepard and really care about him. Dr. Debbie and Dr. Katie are the best. They also have extended hours which is very convenient for me. I trust them completely.

I’ve been going here for the better part of a decade. I have a medically complicated dog, so I was very nervous with Dr. Debbie’s retirement and almost switched to a different vet. I’m glad I didn’t. Dr. Arndt has surprised me on how knowledgeable and careful he is with her. I don’t think I’ve even had to remind him of her condition. He also uses force-free practices which are great for my adolescent pup that has grown wary of other people (a predisposition of his breed mix). We had to visit several months ago and my pup wouldn’t let anyone even touch him. They were very patient with him, allowing me to support and coax him to cooperate. I’ve been working closely with the clinic since to try to improve his fear and today we managed to get his vaccinations done without pinning him down and making his fear worse! I take my cats there, too, but they have more normal reactions that aren’t as interesting to read about. ;) I really appreciate that Dr. Arndt is clearly up to date on best practices to support the animals he cares for beyond their physical health!

The staff and doctors treat my pet as if it was their own! They took great care of my pup during her stay while I was on vacation! Its always such a positive environment!!

Dr. Arndt is the most amazing doctor i've ever had for my animals. He and his staff take such great care of them. The new doctor, Dr. Motta is amazing as well. I 10/10 recommend bring all of your furry friends here.

My dog is a huge baby with the Vet. They are always so patient and helpful. You know they love your pet as much as you do.
I recently lost my dog of 17 years, every single staff memeber was amazing. From making the hard phone call, to saying our final goodbyes. The entire staff at My Zoo goes above and beyond at every step of your family member's journey. Dr. Debbie is the best!!!!

Dr Arndt is very thorough with his exam and answered all my questions. He was gentle and kind to my dog. The entire team was friendly and the overall environment was great, it smells so good in there! 10/10 recommend for a friend!
