My guys over on providence are really excellent people. They always take care of me.

The review I was going to write would have been a 1 star review about the district manager. I'm letting our beautiful sectional go back based solely on the disrespectful encounter with him. I planned on keeping this and paying it off. However, Zack called me today (the next day) and talking to him was reassuring. He was very apologetic even though it wasn't him that did it. He is an absolute asset to the store and he's usually the one I speak to. I would still recommend RAC due to him. I'm still letting the sectional go back as a decision was made between my significant other and myself. An hour after speaking to the district manager, we purchased another sectional in full. I hope that Zack gets the recognition he deserves and the DM gets the training he needs.

The website was easy to navigate and in a few short minutes I was able to pay and rent a washing machine.

Caleb and Wendell are very knowledgeable and helpful not to mention they went above and beyound. Had a freat experiance and would definatley recommend

I called on a specific add and Zach heard what we were looking for and wanted and actually got us nicer product with a better deal. I was happy with the arrangement and beat my expectations for sure.
