Giving 5 stars mainly because i feel that this is a restaurant worth a cross border trip from Montreal to go visit and for that I believe deserves a better rating or at least much more recognition. About the food; i honestly found just about everything was awesome; the sides i ordered were the sweet potato mash, smoked cream corn, golden coconut rice and i added a mac attack on the side. The sauces that were accompanied with the meal all excellent. The meats we chose were the burnt ends brisket, texas hot links and a half rack of ribs. As far as the meats went i found that this establishment serves the best slow cooked meats; so their brisket I found to be the best cause it totally just melts in your mouth, the sausage links were great; super tender and juicy, packed with flavor. The ribs on the other hand were pretty dry and so no matter how good the sauce might have been, it was hard to taste any flavor from the meat and therefore could use some improvement with respect to cooking. Truly I’d have given them 4 stars due to this but because of the way everything else was fantastic and with respect to their slow cooked variety of meats. I give them a 5. Service was very thoughtful too. Thanks to all of you guys for the effort you put into serving a great meal.

Drove by this place 1000 times . the outside doesn't really draw you in much but once you go inside .... It's WOW. beautiful interior. Spacious and airy. 5 star for sure. The second level and stairway has me intrigued. The service was excellent, above and beyond ! And last but not at all least the food and drinks are as expected - sooooo good . Tender fall apart meat , accurately seasoned, satisfying, good portion size. Will be going back frequently.

Wow! This bbq place tucked in a corner of a commercial complex is highly underrated. They have a well stocked bar with local brews on tap and cocktails that the chef dreams up to pair well with the food. Looking at you Winter Crisp Gimlet.

As a Texas native, I'm pretty impressed with the bbq here. We had the mini corn dogs, which were the stunner alongside the sauces. We also had the Texas sausage, which was fabulous. It was not kielbasa though, so don't conflate the two. The fired jalapenos are reminiscent of fried okra, and very good.

The brisket sandwich, in my opinion, was a star. Perfect, generous portions of brisket with house pickles and a special sauce.

10/10, we will be coming back and gain and again for the down-homw decadence.

Hidden in a commercial building just off Route 7 is this clean, comfortable and amazing BBQ joint. The smoked meats are delicious and not pre-sauced. The beer selection is excellent. The sauces are great. The sides are perfect (we had sweet potato mash, Mac and cheese, baked beans, and tots). At my first bite, I decide this was on my list of must-do any time I have plans to come to Burlington.

Great food, have to go back and try other things on the menu. Please try the Oak smoked ice cream; incredible. Cocktails really nice too. Love the decor, the bar looks amazing. Staff friendly. The place is tucked away and so not easy to find. You will have to know to try this place. Once word gets out though, it may be hard to get in.

The barbeque is good. So nice to have a great barbeque place in South Burlington. I have been here twice so far and will be coming back for more. First time I had the brisket sandwich with the rocket sauce. That was a killer sandwich. Second time, was a the pulled pork platter. Great side of corn bread stuffing and collard greens. I love that they have color coordination with the sauces. This is a hidden gem in the Burlington area.

This is something else. I would have never expected to find a BBQ place tucked away like that. But when you open the door it will hit you the face just like you where in the South. The food was delicious we have told everyone about it, very friendly staff. The cost was not that bad, we got a lot of food for the price.

Fantastic food, great and attentive service. So far been here two times and both times were a pleasant experience. Try all the sauces with sides and or main course, you wont be disappointed! Also, they have great beer selection. My favorite was the Brooklyn Black Ops. Also the "Margarita En Fuego" was a kick to the taste buds. If you are a fan of spice, definitely go for this Margarita!! Kudos to folks at Low n' Slow. Definitely glad to have you guys in the neighborhood.

what a lovely place. Really helpful with choosing our main meals: sausage and for me baby back bits. We also had the 2 sides and burnt ends - make sure you order these. We were helped with our beer choice and our food choice and it was absolutely spot on. Really attentive staff, very helpful and chatty making a very nice atmosphere. A VERY SHORT WALK FROM THE TRAVEL LODGE TOO. This was massively helpful for us being on bikes and walking to the restaurant. My advice is come here have a good beer and good food.

Excellent Service and Food is premium quality. The brisket sandwich is a must try!! Very clean restaurant. Two story dining so there is plenty of room for groups and to handle rush hour. Definitely a casual dining experience.

Went here on a hungry whim. Ive been seeing the sign for awhile now they are OPEN! I was blown away. Had the hush puppy appetizer which was great. Had the BBQ chicken. It was smoked perfectly. I also ordered the collard greens and creamed corn. Both were well proportioned sides. I had a great time and our waiter David was very friendly. My absolute favorite part were the cocktails! I cant wait to go back!

Went for my birthday dinner Monday night in the snow storm. Worth the trip! Great food, great service, great price. The atmosphere and seating was wonderful. We had a group of 7 and we were seated in a very large both, lots of elbow room for eating barbecue. We all had lots of fun sharing one of their group dinners plus we added some individual favorites. If you want a great place for dinner, this is it. Will definitely be back!

This place is amazing. The food is wonderful, the service and ambiance fantastic. I love the old-school jazz they play, at a volume where I can also hear the conversation of my party. The Oak smoked ice cream is a treat not to be missed. The only thing I could suggest is that they might offer traditional southern hush puppies with sugar or maple butter, and perhaps sweet corn bread without the hot peppers. I visit often for their extremely good barbecue.

I absolutely love the food here. The dine-in experience is great, I appreciate the variety of barbecue sauces to try. That's something you can't really experience with take out. I'm looking forward to post-CV times and dining at the restaurant again. Having hot BBQ and lots of sauce choices is not really replicable through takeout. The staff and owners are super friendly, this is a great restaurant to visit. I hope to see them all again really soon!

Wonderful food, people, experience! Our party tried the brisket, turkey and pork — all were excellent. The red bbq sauce was magnificent! The real highlight though was the people. The staff were all very welcoming, friendly and also very patient with our two young kids. Highly recommend!

If you haven’t had a chance to stop in here yet I suggest that you do, The service, the food, the atmosphere is all wonderful. My coworker and I were in Burlington on business as we are frequently and always looking for a new place to grab a bite to eat and let me tell you this place will not disappoint!! At this point only open for three weeks and still getting the word out it wasn’t busy when we arrived probably due to being tucked in behind a few other places however I can only imagine that it will take off and be a staple in the community! Craig was at the bar and greeted us and very friendly and offered up some suggestions. The Brisket was tender and juicy, the burnt ends amazing, dry rubbed ribs were on point. Chicken was delicious. Our sides were wonderful too. I feel I could go on and on as i was really impressed and rarely leave a review at any establishment but I felt this warranted one. I will be back that’s for sure!!

It was good. Pork ribs fell off the bone. Suggestion: have some photos for the menu and descriptions foe some of rhe foods. Hope the bank will let you put a sign on their lawn so people know you are there. The sign near McDonald's entrance doesn't give your restaurant "Try us!" Sign is too small and at the bottom, needs to be at the top; you're a new business. Wait staff should have name tags. Food was good; nice and hot!! Different BBQ sauces were good!! Keep up the good work!!
