This place is cool, went in to check out some drones and the owner Jordan was really helpful with getting me started. I ended up getting a ready to fly drone and it's been a blast. They have all kinds of toys here, I'll probably be back soon if my wife lets me!

Was shopping online for an intermediate racing drone that I could upgrade and tinker in the future. Right before pulling the trigger I thought "I wonder if I could do this locally, since some more insider info would be great to have." I'm glad I did!! Jordan hooked it up with tons of info, the RIGHT drone, and all for within $10 of what I was going to spend online!!

Good service

This place basically tried to steal my mavic 2 pro. I brought it to them for repair they kept it overnight, said it was totaled and charged me $25 to tell me it was cracked which was readily apparent. They said they could not fix it but would give me $100 to keep it “for parts”. DJI ended up fixing it for $250. Skip these rip off artists.

Update: the owner called me to tell me I was spiteful and that they had offered me a “win win solution” despite the fact that I would have in ocurred a $1200+ loss had I accepted. He said they were a solution providing business but said he didn’t research any alternative solutions, like DJI repair, because that would be bad for his business. He offered me $25 to take down this review but then immediately threatened to post audio of the phone call thinking I was embarrassed or something. Throughout the call he was defensive and refused to accept the idea that it might actually be good for business to inform customers of all their options even if it isn’t through his shop.

But you’ll hear all that when he uploads the audio.

So just know that if you go here for repair they will not make you aware of alternatives that may be in your best interest if it is not in theirs.

Maybe it’s because they don’t know about them, as he claims, but that seems sus since most business owners try to stay abreast of the latest in their industry. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
