Muddy Brook Park

Beautiful park, beautiful trails. It's also a public space, so if people want to sit in their vehicles and just relax, eat lunch, get away from day to day busy life, that's their right to do so. People sitting in their vehicles, is not creepy at a fully public park. People just can't mind their own business and focus on their own hike, that's the problem! They must call out the so called "weird" behavior. I've never seen anything remotely weird at muddybrook park.

Nice spot down on the Winooski. Good trails and river access.

A nice easy walk along the river.

If you go on a certain day, the condition is in the name! Trails are decent, moderately maintained. Not too many good spots for fishing along the rushing river, but that makes it a more private experience.

There are trails and nice views of the river.

Nice scenic trail

Nice place, it really is. But I have to say, there is always some cars parked with people just sitting there for a long time. I noticed that several times when I was jogging, it really looked sketchy. Even when I ran down the trails there was a guy just standing in the bushes, it really freaked me out. Don't know what the business is there but sure does not feel safe.

Nice place to walk. But when me and my gf got there there were three creepy guys behind a bush. Then as we were walking down the trail one of them followed us 3feet behind us. As soon as we seen him he jolted in front of us and disappeared......
