All American Dental

My teeth are not in perfect condition anymore at my age, but this was easily the most painless dental cleaning I ever remember having. They were very nice and helpful and analyzed my teeth more accurately than my previous provider. They told me that two of my teeth could be fixed with better home care vs. the previous provider telling me that they definitely needed work done on them. I appreciate how well they provide service and how courteous and professional they were.

The staff was very friendly and the office was clean and inviting. Emily, the hygienist, was extremely genial and fun to talk to. It was easy to get setup as a first time patient and their flow of work between personnel was great.

Emily is a wonderful hygienist. Very gentle but thorough and willing to answer all my questions. Dr. Stapleton is also wonderful and caring. I was delighted to see that Colgate was now providing the freebies in a paper bag instead of the one-use plastic bag. Keep it up!

I want to start off by saying that I'm very terrified of the dentist from my past history. I will say that All American dental helped me with my tooth that got broken and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. The dentist I had was so wonderful and her helper too. They went over everything to make sure I knew what they were going to be doing and they answered all my questions I had too. The front desk ladies were fantastic with helping me out with my paperwork and were able to set up my next appointment with ease ☺. The tooth they worked on you cant even tell that it broke and is very smooth. So if you are wanting to find a dentist that is on your side I would look no further and set up an appointment to see for yourself.

The first thing I noticed here is all the different service medallions that are on Display. Being a Vet it was great to see all the military memorabilia. The Staff were very inviting and courteous. The Dr. Was very forth coming and explained all info very thoroughly. Would recommend this office for your dental needs.

I was petrified about going to the dentist due to bad experiences. I had a root canal done today. They numbed me up before the shots and I felt hardly anything! Dr Schilke was amazing. She explained everything as she did it. My technician Anna is also amazing. She makes me feel so relaxed and comfortable. Everyone from the front desk and their staff are so personable!

I’ve had good experiences except one time.
My dental hygienist, Jennifer is great. My last two dental procedures were performed by Dr. Shilke. She is very knowledgeable and does a great job. I just got home from having a crown made and put on the same day. Takes approximately 2 hours.
My only negative experience is they don’t take many insurances. I have dental insurance but it is out of network.
Except for cleanings and X-rays that is usually covered my out of pocket for dental procedures gets pretty expensive.
The office staff is very friendly and the office is nice and clean.

For one that has major anxiety going into the dentist, I feel very relaxed and comfortable from the moment I walk in. Seeing the military decor makes me feel better. The ladies that work up front are some of the friendliest and nicest. And now to the ones that do the dental work I can’t say nothing horrible or bad about the quality of work they do. I would recommend this office 100%.

I got a call from school today saying my seven-year-old daughter broke her tooth. After calling numerous places all day long I finally pulled up all American dental online called them told them my situation, The office assistant told me to hold on to see if they could get an emergency in because it was getting late in the day it was 3 o’clock and they were closing soon She got back on the phone and basically said how soon can you be here? We got there the staff was amazing. The doctor was amazing. They were very patient with my children. The doctor even showed all the steps she was going to do and fixed my daughter’s tooth( Luckily, the kids at school had had found the tooth she broke So they glued it back on) I just can’t say enough how amazing the staff was!! I would highly recommend!

Today was great, cleaning and checkup with Michelle, Emily and Dr Stapleton. Front desk is also very pleasant. Emily does the most thorough job I’ve had in Columbia. I feel so clean.

The staff was excellent with their care. They were able to work me in first thing the next day. The reason I came in was for continued pain following a wisdom tooth extraction from a different dentist company. Spencer and Dr. Schilky were very kind. They were able to clean up the surgical site, and send me home with a proper medication and proper tools for after care. Thank you all!

Today was my first visit to a dentist in many years. I started having issues and didn't know where to go. I was worried that I was going to get talked down to about my poor decisions. I found All American Dental on google, I saw the amount of 5 star reviews. After reading some of the reviews I gave them a call and they worked me into their schedule which was full. The staff welcomed us and walked us through every step of the way. I will be going back for sure. I was very impressed.

always get me in quickly when I have some kind of dental emergency. I.e. a chipped tooth. In fact they got me in the same day to fix it. They’re always wonderful, all of them. My hygienist Tara is absolutely wonderful and the doctors are super fantastic as well. I’ve been going to this office for 10 years now and would never go anywhere else.

I have been very happy with their care on all my visits. It is excellent, very professional, friendly, and I never have had to wait. I recommend them most highly.

This was an initial visit & I found all the persons I had contact with helpful, friendly, sincere, knowledgeable & patient to answer any questions. No better place to go! Everyone goes above and beyond for you when it comes go insurance and treatment plans. I didn't have to wait at all, and I felt very taken care of. I will be switching the whole family to All American Dental. Shay and Dr. Stapleton and all the rest -- so grateful for you!

Heidi is a new dental hygienist there who has been in the practice for 20 years. She’s kind and sweet and good at her job! Glad they hired her.

I normally don’t write reviews, but I broke a tooth yesterday, called this morning, and was able to get in at 11am! Laurie, the receptionist, was incredibly kind and helpful in getting me scheduled and my insurance all sorted out. Truly excellent customer service. I was in and out with my tooth filled in an hour and a half. Can definitely recommend this dentist office!

I have never seen more welcoming and kind people. Everyone here is wonderful and amazing. They should give training on how to treat patients.
