Today, January 11, 2024, was my first encounter with Dr. Niles and her staff at Niles Smiles Dental; they did not disappoint! I found Dr. Niles’ staff to be very professional, very courteous, caring and kind; I found Dr. Niles to be very professional, very courteous, caring and supremely competent - and possessive of a robust sense of humor! I am looking forward to an enduring association with Niles Smiles Dental.

Great office! Dr. Niles and staff are nice and friendly. They are very thorough and provide the highest quality of dental care for my family.

I’m so happy somebody recommended this office to me! Everybody was friendly and it was the most thorough dental exam I have ever had, and the most time spent with the actual dentist and not just the hygienist.

I recently had a dental cleaning at this office, and I can't express how wonderful my experience was. I was greeted with warmth and professionalism from the moment I walked in. The new office atmosphere was inviting and calming, immediately putting me at ease.

Hygienist Brooke deserves special recognition for her outstanding care during my dental cleaning. She was not only gentle and meticulous in her work, but she also displayed a level of genuine concern and caring that truly set her apart. Brooke made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire cleaning, explaining each step of the process and answering any questions I had. Her attention to detail and commitment to patient comfort left a lasting impression on me.

Dr. Nile is another shining star in this dental practice. Not only is she incredibly knowledgeable and skilled, but she is always pleasant and approachable. Her chairside manner is top-notch, making every visit a positive experience. Dr. Nile took the time to discuss my overall oral health and provided valuable recommendations for maintaining it.

What truly sets this dental office apart, though, is the friendly and entertaining staff. Every employee I encountered was not only professional but also personable. They went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and relaxed, even during a dental appointment. The positive atmosphere they create in the office is infectious, and visiting the dentist is something to look forward to.

In conclusion, my visit to this dental office was exceptional. Hygienist Brooke's gentle and caring approach, Dr. Nile's pleasant demeanor, and the friendliness of all the staff members combine to create an outstanding dental experience. Doctor Niles and staff are quick, helpful, caring and all around incredible at what they do. I’ve been a patient for 25 years now, having since left the state, and I still come back to Vermont just to see them.

I am a anxious dental patient and I felt at ease and comfortable. DR Niles is welcoming and thorough. She explains and listens. Her staff is pleasant and friendly and seem to really care about the treatment patients receive. I highly recommend!!!

As always, Dr Niles was able to take care of my dental emergency today. While traveling on vacation my gold crown came off. (The dentist I visited out of state was not trained in gold crowns so I waited to return home). I’m so thankful to have found Dr Niles!

I have been with Kenworthy-Niles dental for almost 40yrs. I like many had a fear of dentists from some bad childhood experiences. Dr. Kenworthy helped me get past that and Dr. Niles has continued the excellent experience. She assesses any issues, explains them and what might be the issue for waiting vs. doing now. There is never any pressure. Once you both agree on the path forward, she takes time to explain what will happen and makes it absolutely PAINLESS. I have had 2 crowns, a filling and other incidentals and have been very pleased with her attention to detail and making sure everything feels normal. She is very precise with getting the right fit. I had a great experience with Dr. Niles today. The dental repair I needed was in a sensitive spot, and she did a terrific job of making sure I was entirely pain-free. I even was offered a blanket when I felt a little chilly. I've been with Niles/Kenworthy for thirty years now and I can say that they have provided consistently excellent dental services. Everyone in the office is friendly and helpful, too. I came home and told my husband, "Dr. Niles is really a good dentist. We're so lucky to have her." Thank you, Dr. Niles and staff!
