Dr. Valle is a wonderful dentist and such a kind and caring person! I have very sensitive teeth, and she and her staff have always taken care to make me as comfortable as possible with any work they do! The staff are always timely, professional, and very courteous!

I have been a patient of Dr. Valle and Dr. Jon Rischer for over 20 years. During that time I have had several procedures done and have always felt I received top quality and expert service from them and their staff. I have recommended them to friends and family.

Dr. Valle is an AMAZING doctor! She spends so much time with you and is very personable. She really cares about her patients. One time she spent a whole hour with me, examining my teeth, in order to decide what the best possible solution would be. She really goes above and beyond to deliver the best care! I am not from Columbia. I am currently a student here. I am originally from Kansas City and am willing to drive 2 hours just to have an appointment with her. I have had horrible experiences with other dentists/orthos. Past doctors I’ve been seen by have never went out of their way to introduce themselves. I can’t even remember what the other doctors look like or what their names are. I love visiting Dr. Valle! I can’t say enough about her, she is the BEST! I will never go to another doctor again!

I have had nothing but a wonderful experience at Dentistry by Design. From the moment I walk in the door, I am always greeted by friendly staff and made to feel welcome. I used to be anxious about going to the dentist and put off going for years. I have been seeing Dr. Valle for a couple years now and she is the best. She has a great personality and makes me feel relaxed and at ease by explaining what she is doing throughout the process. Have always been very pleased with all the hygienists as well. Dr. Valle and her team have been the best dental experience that I have ever received. My teeth and mouth have never felt better. The attention to detail is definitely noticed as a patient. Dentistry By Design is wonderful! I have been seeing them for approximately fifteen years. I went from being physically ill, dreading a dental appointment the next day, to actually looking forward to my regular visits. Dr. Valle and my dental assistant Cassie, do everything possible to make me feel relaxed and comfortable. I appreciate the timeliness of my appointments, as I never have to wait on Cassie--she is always ready for me! She is friendly and personable, always making certain I am getting the best possible care.
