Have been going here for at least 15 years. They are the best! If the phone is busy just call back! They have condos that face outside for when you are boarding. The cats love it. Info for Michelle, they have a landline phone, that was your mobile carrier using AI to tell you the phone was busy. That is not the vets fault.

This is MaK, we saved him from the streets. He is so sweet but was very lethargic soon after we took him home. The Pampered Cat vet got us in on the same day we called. He fixed us up and MaK is starting to feel better now. Thank you for your kindness and love for the felines!

I just took my cat here for the first time and I am SO happy. Dr. Duncan has been working with just cats for over 20 years, and it is very apparent he knows his stuff. We mentioned getting a kitten during our visit and he said to call whenever I did and he’d walk me through steps to introducing them. I felt like I had been going here for years after one visit. Great prices too. They aren’t trying to sell you anything fancy and even talked me out of buying something that I thought my cat needed. I highly recommend taking your kitties here!!

Dr Duncan has been caring for my 2 cats fish and Casey my cat has heart issues they take him right away when there are issues, he takes extra care not to stress him out I send pictures by email even so he can see his coloring. They even alerted me when my mother was there and was not acting quite right. He’s quite and gentle and I love his wife anything I need they are there I have had a ton of vets and he’s the best.

The most dedicated and caring vet! This husband and wife team, with many years of experience, truly go above and beyond! They are honest and straightforward, treat each kitty with love, and are very helpful and supportive in stressful situations.

Dr. Duncan is so good with my elderly cat! She normally freaks out with/at Vets but she likes him and is comfortable going there. We board our cat there often and it's very clean,and calm... no stress!! I would definitely recommend this vet!!!

The best cat veterinarian in town. The doctor is very attentive and knowledgeable. We have been using him since 2008. I would highly recommend him!

This veterinarian is a very pleasant but quiet person and some reviewers need to understand that not every professional is going to shower you with affection. I personally think a calm low voice is perfect for a vet. And he definitely knows cats. “Cat people” will understand.

They helped us through the hard end of life of our loved 16 year old cat and we’ve returned with our new kitten, because we knew they cared. Dr. Duncan won’t rack up a huge bill with things you don’t need or want.

We really like Dr. Duncan and his wife and won’t go anywhere else. If you want a veterinarian location that feels like home, The Pampered Cat is your best choice.

I have been going to him for 10 or 11 years. He has kept my CRF cat “Kramer” alive. He does not try to sell you fancy things and his prices are reasonable. I have 2 other cats that I take to him from animal checkups as well.I had two elder cats euthanized at different times here and he is the only vet around that will do it humanly without a catheter. He runs the business with his wife. I love them both

My kitty cats and I absolutely love this place! These two have been amazing! My 15 year old tabby began throwing up constantly and doc had a hunch that he had hyper T and sure enough he does! These two are so kind and gentle and I always walk away with some insight into my kitties behavior that I didn't fully understand before. They really take the time to listen and actually hear you. Such a treasure these days for sure. I am so incredibly grateful to have found this place! I drive an hour just to take my kitties to them because that is how much I trust them.

So lucky to have this vet in town! He truly cares about the wellness of every kitty brought to him. My fiancé and I unknowingly adopted a sick kitten and he reassured us and gave us all the information we needed to help our kitty. He even returned our calls on a weekend when it was an emergency. Our kitten is thriving and doing so much better! Thank you for being so awesome and having a passion for these animals. It shows!

Also want to add, prior to this, my childhood cat who was my world, fell ill unexpectedly. His health was rapidly declining, and it unfortunately came to the point of having to let him go because he was so uncomfortable. Having never had to go through this before, I didn’t know what to expect. Dr. Duncan and his wife made the experience as bearable as it could be, and extended so much help and grace during the process.

The negative reviews on here seem to be made by consistent, “chronic” complainers who seem to blame other people for their negligence. Take note of people like that. I would 100% recommend this vet to anyone!

My husband and I believe that Dr. Duncan saved our cat. He got us in within hours and the hurt, sick 7 month old kitten we carried in was playing that evening. He knows his stuff! Fair pricing as well. Pampurred Cat will be our go to.

Absolutely LOVE this place!! They deal with nothing but kitty cats, they take great pride in their work taking excellent care of every kitty that comes in their office. HIGHLY recommend you bring your kitty/kitties here! Prices are very reasonable, they're very kind, great communication, every visit has been successful on getting my babies health back in order, including family that has brought their kitties for many years! Just to show you how great this vet is, I drive little over 30 mins to bring my babies here! I wouldn't take them anywhere else!

This place is amazing. Several of our friends has starting taking their cats to see them. They are knowledgeable and they care.

I’ve never been more impressed with a vet clinic. They are very knowledgeable and showed genuine concern for my sweet baby girl. It was such a relief after going to two different clinics that did very little to figure out what was wrong with my baby. I will always be bringing her to this wonderful couple in the future. Also, I absolutely love the decor and building! It had very welcoming and comfortable vibes.

I really had wanted a vet that dealt with cats specifically, and this is the best of the best. They were very knowledgeable, friendly, and happy to help with any concerns I had. My girls were very well taken care of, and Dr.Duncan will be our vet from here on out.

The doctor and his wife are some of the best people who have ever helped me with my kitties. If you have kitties that need anything medical, this is the place to go. They will be treated with expertise and the upmost kindness. I wish I could give them 6 stars for taking such good care of all my kitties!

I have taken my cat Monster to him. She is long haired & he clips her for us. Him & his wife are very nice. Tries to do the best way to save money. I like going there because they are totally for cats.

This guy knows what he’s talking about when it comes to felines! Highly recommend if your cat is having health issues. Very real and straight forward.
