Wow! Called and spoke to Chris to inquire whether their company has physical cabinet finish samples of a cabinet line. I am building a house and looking for cabinets for an entire kitchen project. I called to see if they have a sample I can take with me to match to other finishes (which I am happy to pay for). I wanted to make sure they had this available before I spoke of any other details, as the sample is important to have in order to see if these cabinets will work with my design and their showroom is far from where I live and I didn't want to waste my time driving down there if they did not. I never spoke rudely to Chris and never told him I was not going to allow his company to give me a quote. He got upset that I kept asking the same question, which he refused to answer and then basically told me I was making it too complicated and he could not help me. He then hung up on me! I do not understand how this is a complicated question and why it was so hard to answer. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
