Hinode Japanese Steakhouse and Sushi

4 of us had dinner at the hibachi grill!! LOVE THIS RESTAURANT!!
Each time we come to Nixa, to visit family, we always make a point to eat at Hinode and it is always great!!! Highly Recommend!! Gave a 4 Out of 5 score on service this time because the waitress didn't keep our drinks filled, but, it is usually 5 out of 5 on service.

The best hibachi in the area and those weewowow rolls OMG SOOOO GOOD!!

This has to be my absolute favorite sushi restaurant! I have been coming here for years and I will highly recommend the food, especially the wee wow wow sushi roll! 😁

We came here to eat on a Monday evening. The store was very busy. Our waitress couldn’t come back for a while and Halee from the front counter Helped us check out and she was very very friendly while doing it. She even brought us to go boxes.

I’ve always loved the hibachi from this restaurant. Then I decided to try the fried sushi, specifically the Ozark roll, Vegas roll and Cardinal roll. Oh my gosh! Absolutely delicious! Everything I’ve tried here is incredible but those three fried rolls stand out.

I know they is a great Japanese steakhouse that offers a fun food experience at a fairly affordable price.

Both their hibachi and sushi were great stuff for friendly. The place was clean. Overall was a great experience. Would recommend it to anyone.

My husband and I, along with our family, have been Hinode fans for years. New Year’s weekend, my husband and I visited the Nixa location and had our best experience ever. We went during the lunch hour. It wasn’t overly busy but there were several large groups and us. Instead of seating us with one of the large groups and being elbow to elbow, my husband and I got our own table. It was lovely. Our chef, Engel, was amazing. Personable, friendly and best of all, an excellent chef. We are normally seafood sauce lovers but Engel seasoned everything so well we didn’t need any sauce at all. Never have we add each component of our dinners cooked to perfection before! It was mouth watering. We were so impressed that we plan to only visit the Nixa location from here on out and will call ahead to find out if Engel is working and request his table. Absolutely recommend!

That was my first time there Dr Watson do the cooking right in front of me and he was very polite the atmosphere was great and I do think that everyone ought to try it and I want to thank them very very much

We just got done eating supper here. Great staff, a special thanks to there chef Victor (he was so very nice to us and our son)! I also would like to say a special thanks to the hospitable waitress, I feel terrible I didn't get her name. The food was absolutely fabulous! We made the drive to this Nixa location because of reputable recommendations. We will definitely be back! Also thanks to the waitress for telling us about the long island specials on Wednesday!

We love this place! We always have the best waiter (Steven) he goes above and beyond to make sure our meal is perfect every time!

Food is always so good. I got some sushi while we waited for our food. The sushi was also good. My wife and I split the 2-person meal. It came with steak, shrimp, and chicken. Plus, all the sides. Always a fun and enjoyable place.

The food is always absolutely amazing. The staff is always friendly and ready to help make your night special. Looking forward to going back at every opportunity.

Amazing food, large portions, and very entertaining service!!!! Our Chef Jade was FANTASTIC!! Very funny, polite, and attentive. Will absolutely be returning!!!!!

We got the 2 for 2 special steak chicken shrimp 54.00 it was declines they give you so much food you have left overs for the next day it was actually good a second day very surprising. Most food is not the best a second day but the steak chicken and noodles the second I give a 4.8 out of 5 for leftovers

Steven was a great waiter this evening. Went above and beyond to make our dinning experience exceptional.

Our server, Steven, was awesome. He listened to our requests and made sure to deliver what we wanted. If you want to dine at the large table where they put on a show, I recommend reservations.

We went on Christmas day. Great service. Cook was really good and friendly . Could have divided up the food a little me even but all in all it was a good visit
