CVS

CVS was excellent in helping get my son the medication he needed for Pneumonia. They stayed a few minutes late to make sure we got what we needed. We will definitely be going back.

CVS took care of me when I really needed it and I appreciate it so much. It was so kind of them to administer free COVID tests and since I did not want to expose the public to COVID any more if I still had it and I needed to get a test. CVS graciously offered FREE tests to the public and I so appreciate that. Michelle at the window administering the test was so kind, thoughtful, and a warm face of the company during such a time when people need to see smiles more than ever. I don't think I ever saw Michelle at the window today when she was not with a big smile on! So hospitable! Again, I want to share my sincere appreciation to CVS, specifically CVS in Nixa, for administering FREE COVID tests that helped me a lot, and doing it with warm hospitality. Thank you so much!

I recieved great customer service from the pharmacist today. He went above and beyond to help me transfer my prescriptions from another pharmacy.

I like this place, somethings are over priced but you can get some great deals. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. If you go to a smaller store like cvs, walgreens, or even dollar general, youre not going to get the same prices as Wal-Mart.

The store is clean and organized and the service is great. The floor is logically laid out and that makes getting what you need quick and easy. A great stop before heading out of town to the lake to pick up some drinks and snacks.

Love this store and the people, great atmosphere, great overall staff. Pharmacy is nice and knowledgeable, and employees are as well.

Cvs at nixa Missouri has the most helpful caring staff. They always go out of their way to help. Great people

I go to several CVS stores in my area. The only one of them that I would not recommend is the one at National and Republic Rd in South Springfield. I purchased a blood pressure monitor here and had the receipt sent to my email and since it never was delivered I cannot return it for nothing more than store credit. The reason I can't recommend it is that the manager said that unless she had the receipt that the only thing that she could do was to give me STORE credit. So I guess I should have brought the monitor at Walmart or Sam's club instead, and from now on I will.

The pharmacy department is very unprofessional in the several times I've picked up prescriptions. Last week I called to see if one was ready after I got a new prescription from the doctor, and the pharmacy tech informed me they couldn't fill it unless I called the Dr then had the Dr call them, and then she said it was a controlled substance and they couldn't fill it early. It is not early and she gave me lots of excuses why i shouldnt fill my meds there. I had the doctor send it elsewhere with no trouble at all.
