There's not a lot of options in Bourbon, Missouri, when deciding where to eat, but with great food like they serve here, you won't be disappointed. Great service, too. Nice folks who seem to genuinely be glad you came.

This place deserves way more than just ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ....
The service may have been the best I've ever had and the food was top notch. I ordered the loaded spiral chips and an Ernie melt....let me just say if you've ever wanted to have a Philly cheese steak mixed with a grilled cheese sandwich. It is literally hard for me to describe how great this sandwich was.... All I can say is my sister, my Dad and I all got one. 🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🥰🥰🥰
My mom had a Jr. Ernie burger and was completely satisfied, which is almost never the case. It is a must try. It's totally family friendly with cheap candy games, pool and air hockey.
And I may mention their pineapple juice was some of the best I've ever tasted. Put Uncle Ernie's on the trip from now on. 👍😉😉

We went for Crab leg night. They were really good and the service was great. We had 13 people and our party and our waitress did a remarkable job. Just wish I got her name.

Another tucked away place but right in "downtown" Bourbon MO. 6pm Saturday and every seat was taken...but look at those pics...that is why! Hubs had the catfish sandwich and I had the smothered chicken sandwich which was perfect grilled chopped chicken, green peppers, onions and mushrooms on a homemade roll that would rival any bakery from "The Hill " (in St.L).

Folks around us ordered magazine cover page worthy burgers (definitely trying those next time) but our selection for the night was delicious!

Plan on a little longer than usual wait..they even say that on the menu...but y'all...it is worth every second of waiting! We ordered as an appetizer the smothered homemade chips and those did not disappoint!

So try out this place, slow down and visit with the face across the table and enjoy some darn good grub!

Absolutely awesome service. The burger was fantastic and the appetizers we had were great. Servings are pretty large. They have fair prices on booze and lots of specials and happy hour deals. Fun atmosphere with a jukebox and a few video games.

We had Jr. Ernie's cheeseburger and a CPRBLT. Both were really good!

This place always has great customer service and always great food I love going here. It also has a bar with many drinks to pick from.

Brian, the owner, is a no frills kinda guy who makes sure he starts with the best ingredients so he can offer fresh, quality food and lots of it. The Uncle Ernie and the Death by Bacon Cheeseburger are huge and delicious. Half a pound of bacon makes everything better. Well worth the trip to Bourbon.

amazing food and people those who want to act like service not so good don't understand they are a small place less then 5-10 people on staff so they are doing grate and the food is always always good and fresh

Another place for fantastic local food! Best belt I have ever had and potato spirals. Wonderful filling and great atmosphere.

I love Uncle Ernie's!! This is NOT fast food- come prepared to wait. However, the food quality, portion size, price and friendly staff far make up for the time. Due to staff shortages it is wise to call beforehand to see if they are open.

I've eaten at a LOT of food places over the years and THIS place DEFINITELY moved to the TOP of my list after ONE visit. The place was PACKED and the staff were still SUPER friendly Our drinks stayed refilled and the atmosphere was second to none. I'll DEFINITELY be returning

Share the fries, they give you a lot. Good food, we came in 30 minutes before closing on a Saturday night and they treated us good.

Since I tried this place based off of google reviews I figured I might as well add my own. Our family had spent the day around the Maramec Springs area, and while making the trek back towards St. Louis we got hungry. Mom did the googling and we ended up finding a forever kind of spot. That was in 2018 and as of a couple days ago in 2022 we still frequent this establishment. The food and staff are great. There's a couple of pool tables, a bar, and some arcade style games for entertainment too. ***The zucchini fries and anything with bacon on it are definitely worth a try.
