Drove 4 hours to purchase our camper from Bourbon RV. Would absolutely do it again and recommend them to everyone. Communication was great. The entire process was straightforward and easy. Gave us a great low price up front, no haggling needed. It was the lowest price that we seen for our unit. It was a night and day difference from working with a local dealership that ended up just ignoring us basically. Matt, James, and the gentleman that did our walkthrough were all awesome! They also mailed some cookies after our purchase, that was an amazing follow up!

On the road and our door lock jammed. Called and they had the door lock replaced in less than 15 minutes. Excellent customer service. Thanks for getting us back on the road so quickly.

Albeit 80+ miles from home, it's still a great place to purchase and\or service an RV. Rates are fair. People are nice to deal with. Easy access from highway but I wish their lot was a little more level. Only thing I don't like about them is that if you use your wheel chocks or leveling blocks, you may not get them back or you will need to look long and hard for them. We bought this little trailer from them.

Tim and company at Bourbon RV Center were amazing to work with. They worked with us to get the best available campers, then delivered the campers to our camp ground, set them up and even picked them up when we were done. Amazing experience that we will continue to use in future Glamping! Thank you Bourbon RV Center!

Steve went above and beyond with our new camper. We came in from KC to pick it up. Matt at the shop really went above and beyond to make sure we were safe to tow and had everything we needed. The store even stayed open past close when we realized we needed a brake controller and went back. You don't find customer service and good people like this much these days. Top shelf service 👌👍

I couldn't be more happier with the service and hospitality I received from Bourbon RV. They had a smaller class A on consignment and it was just what I was looking for. I was able to put a deposit down and they held it for me until my broken leg healed so I could drive it back. Once in Missouri, everyone was extremely hospitable and knowledgeable. I learned so much from Jeff and Bob.
Even on the road home, they were just a phone call away to answer my question.

Great service, and friendly, enjoyed that salesman was not pushy or rude. Will definitely tells others who are looking to buy a camper.

We were traveling between campgrounds on Friday, 6/16, & our refrigerator stopped working. We pulled into Bourbon RV at noon. Josh Harmon, the service manager, was able to diagnose the issue, get us into the service department, and fix our refrigerator. We were back on the road in less than an hour!
We can't say enough about all the friendly staff and great service, we received at Bourbon RV!!!!

These guys are awesome! We locked ourselves out of our camper at the state park. We had our truck keys and phones but that was it! They came out and unlocked door! Thanks so much for your help! I had called them originally to see if we just broke the lock if they had one so we could replace it. They were so helpful!

They did an excellent job on repairing my 5th Wheel RV, due to a tire blow out that tore up the skirting and other things around the wheel. And great big Thanks to Josh in Service for going out of his way to make sure it was all completed. 👍 Nice people to deal with.

Pulled in to see if they could help with our battery problem and they took care of us immediately. They were super friendly and helpful. We even did a little shopping in the RV store during our short wait. Location is perfect, right off I44. They even take American Express cards as well as MC & Visa. Thanks so much Bourbon RV!

This place is great! Super friendly and helpful staff. We arrived at 4:45pm on a friday when they closed at 5:00pm but Steve stayed 2 extra hours to help us out! All the shop staff was very knowledgeable and answered all of our first-time RVer questions without judgement. Thank you so much for a great experience, Bourbon RV!

My wife and I had the best experience here at Bourbon RV. Was No way pressured into buying anything and felt welcomed by all the staff that helped us. The first day we went we had our 5 & 8 year old daughters with us. The first person we met was Ashley she asked and listened to exactly what main things we were looking for and even though we had a couple we had seen on the website that we wanted to look at she also showed us a few that we wouldn’t even have considered but of course we found that perfect one. We then met with James the financial guy and went trough the next steps he explained everything clearly and spoke directly with us and didn’t go off to a different office and secretly with another person like other places we shopped at. After everything went through we then were give a complete tour of everything that was in the RV and how everything worked by Danielle Josh the Service person helped with questions we had about things that we needed or didn’t need to get for the RV and wasn’t pushing us into buying things. We had decided to get a back up camera to put on the RV because we didn’t need to get the special hitch so they had Jim install it right away . Last but not least Beth the customer check out person was very friendly courteous. I highly recommend visiting Bourbon RV if you are wanting to buy or even thinking about an RV.

Wow this is how a business should be ran. We had an emergency axle repair on a Friday morning with no notice to Bourbon RV just 1 call that’s all!!!! They went above and beyond to get us back on the road safely. The Manager Matt went not once but 3 times to gather what was needed to get us back on track. We made it to our destination and back home on the repairs that they did. And also the parts department is awesome they literally have everything needed from simple replacement faucets,toilets and RV body parts. They have definitely won our business we will be buying our next RV from these awesome people. I will always be grateful because you really helped us out and we made some of the best memories on this trip. Thanks Bourbon Rv for the superior service you provide to everyone.

Was on the road and had a problem with my hitch. Pulled in and Billy diagnosed the problem right away and had me fixed in an hour. I will be considering the when I upgrade my RV, even though they are several hours away.

Sweetest guy working here. Honesty makes the best return business. Nothing was wrong with my RV PIPES. I'm blessed even if all he did was tighten what I couldn't get to and didn't charge me anything, but half of an hour cause the business lady that takes money asked, ha Still blessed. Thank you!

If you want a good deal on an RV you need to check out Bourbon RV. Ask for Matt the sales manager. I just purchased my 3rd camper from Bourbon. All three times I looked at other dealers in St. Louis and I always end up at Bourbon. Service is great!

This Rv center is awesome!!!! I would highly recommend them. Always professional. If you are looking to buy, stay away from camping world, in Wentzville, make the drive to Bourbon Rv center, because they are the best. They have helped us so much.
