Everyone here is always so helpful. I have one prescription I fill for my partner that often has low availability everywhere. Anytime it comes up they're very willing to help me work through alternatives.

Medication management is not as easy as it sounds. Well that was my experience. Until Genoa. They have a system to make sure you are always on time with your prescriptions. They even have delivery service. Staff has always been respectful and helpful. The lobby is small but clean.

Speaking from my experience as a medical assistant and office manager, I think these guys are great. I have been ordering specialty medications for patients for over 2 years, and have never had any issues. They sre always on the ball and super quick to ship things.

Amazing care as well as doctors here! The best office I've found in SLC, very dedicated and kind staff who have your best interest and wellness always in mind.

These people are great to work with. Whether picking up directly or having them deliver at home, they have always coordinated with me. The staff is friendly and more than once they have helped me out of some tough pharmacy “log jams”.

If you are looking for a pharmacy delivery service or even just a pharmacy, these are the people you can count on.

I've been with Genoa for over 4 years now, I love the staff there and there is no misjudgment in my book on how they are operating and treating their clients. They have delivery service when you can't get there and, That's really convenient for myself and other ones I know that does service with this Pharmacy I guess some people think they should be number one on their list of clients. I know the staff's name techs and pharmacist and they are all nice to me.😊

Staff are friendly, and will go out of their way to get your needs taken care of. They are no longer at the 1020 S Main Street location. They have moved to 145 East 1300 South in Salt Lake.

WORSE PLACE EVER!! I'M VERY DISAPPOINTED IN VALLEY!! The staff are uncaring and very unreliable. Are you are to them is just another person. No way to run a business. They need to realize they're dealing with human beings. Besides, they've really fallen apart because they don't have the services like they used too from years past and it's the client that suffers the most. They're definitely not out for the client. Staff told me I wasn't worth the time and they had other clients they'd rather help. So be it. I found another provider.
