Hoffman's D'Creamery

My wife and I had heard about this place for awhile on a local foodie FB page and since we were in the area we decided to stop and try it out. I'm so glad we did. The food is fantastic and the woman who served us (I believe may be one of the owners) was super nice and took time to speak with us about our visit. We started with some pickle fries and corn nuggets. The pickle fries were by far the best I have ever had. They were sliced long and thin exactly like you would get from a french fry. I had never seen them done this way before but I love it. They were crunchy, flavorful and had a tiny bit of heat on the back end of the seasonings. We will definitely order these again. The corn nuggets were fantastic as well but one of the few items not made in house. Still worth ordering. My wife ordered a mushroom swiss burger. Overall it was good but she would have preferred a little more mushrooms than were on the burger and it was a tad dry but it was still definitely a great burger. The fries were just as good as the pickle fries. Had a nice crunchy coating on them and were outstanding. I had the breaded pork tenderloin and fried potato salad. The tenderloin was easily one of the top 2 tenderloins I have ever had. It was the perfect thickness, had a great crunch, and most importantly was seasoned well which is something some places don't do as well as they should. I regretted ordering the fried potato salad until I tasted it. It seemed weird but it was SOOO good. They are fried potatoes coated in an Alabama White BBQ sauce of sorts. It had a nice tanginess and slightly mustardy flavor. I definitely was sad when I ran out. After discussing their BBQ, we were presented with a small sample of their brisket cubes and pulled pork! OMG! They could easily go head to head with some of the best BBQ's in KC with that pulled pork. It was so moist, juicy, and had the perfect level of smoke to it. I am not normally a pulled pork fan because it can be dry sometimes but not this one! So good! The cubed brisket was superb as well. Big, meaty chunks of brisket that resemble burnt ends without the char. They melt in your mouth as well and didn't even need sauce to make them palatable. I already have about 5 people from my pork tenderloin fan group planning trips soon to partake in this fantastic specimen. Overall the experience was fantastic and I feel this is quite the hidden gem in Kearney Missouri!!

Cool place with racing memorabilia from the owners who like to go fast. Our breakfast was fantastic. Owner Lisa was very sweet. We were tickled by the bins of kid activities free for any family to enjoy. We did some color sheets ourselves while we waited. The pastries looked very good but we'll have to try them next time. We'd find ourselves here often with our families if we were local. Glad we stopped here!

My husband and I had the opportunity to come here for lunch! Glad we did. The atmosphere, the service..and the food! All Fantastic. We will be making the drive to come back. The fried potato salad is a must have! Met Lisa, who is from Nebraska, same area as me. It was great to talk to someone who grew up in the same area as me!
We were impressed with the food! Can't wait to come back SOON!!

Hoffman's D'Creamery has some delicious breakfast that's affordable for me. I've enjoyed my food every single time I've come here and I'll definitely be coming back again. The staff are friendly and very attentive to our needs. I appreciate it!

There tenderloin sandwich is delicious paired with the fries that were just as good...And don't leave without trying there house made ice cream , there best flavor is the cookies and cream cookie dough a must try...the atmosphere is cool too many pictures of drag bike racing...the service was very good to..

Love, love, love their food!!! Ordered the famous Gump Burger and pickle fries!!!! Oh my mouth in heaven with pickle fries!!! My husband ordered their brisket sandwich and he about fell out of his seat with goodness and flavor overload. Don’t pass this place up people!! Now I wanna try everything 😛

Our family stopped here on our way through MO and what a great little spot! Their handmade sauces are amazing. My favorite was the Bama white. Melt in your mouth onions rings!!! And amazing hot chocolate!

I love everything I’ve ever ordered at Hoffman’s D’Creamery! I just tried one of their Tuesday Special spuds and oh my goodness, this was amazing! So delicious and so filling too. I couldn’t even eat half of it! Leftovers for lunch tomorrow! 🙌🙌

Delicious breakfast. Atmosphere was nice. The chairs were cute. To be honest I was not expecting the nascar decoration on the inside, but it wasn't over whelming.
Coffee was good. The eggs were perfect. Waitresses were friendly.
For the two of us our bill was less than we were expecting. Great value.
A police officer paid for our meal. We weren't expecting that at all. Over all our visit was pretty great.

Always have an amazing experience at this restaurant. The owners go above and beyond to make the experience great for every customer. Such amazing servers as well to take care of you! Lucky to have them in our community!

This is a great little place to eat.
If you're looking for something new and satisfying, this is the place for you. On a side note, the fried potato salad is unique and is so good!

We had a great supper last night! Tenderloin was over the top amazing and so was the brisket. Highly recommend you try this family friendly spot in Kearney!

This was a great Sunday brunch stop after a hike around the lake!! My bacon was a lil burnt but other than that it was great. The homemade pistachio ice cream for the ride home made up for it!!

The place is awesome. The food and service are great. I love their burgers, sandwiches, and pancakes. Great place for family breakfast and lunch.

This is very pleasant restaurant. We had breakfast and it was good. The staff was pleasant and polite. And I enjoyed the decor.

We got a roast beef sandwich with fries and a hamburger with onion rings. My wife said the roast beef was nearly perfect and the fries were perfect. My hamburger was very good and my onion rings were great! The Banana Split, afterwards, was the best Banana Split I have ever had. The ice cream is made here, the toppings were fresh. We were just visiting the area, but I will make it a point to come back to D'Creamery!

A couple of weeks ago, while on The KC Eats forum, I saw a picture of a burger that struck my fancy. I thought to myself if that tastes as good as it looks, it's worth investigating. So, investigate I did! It was from a place up in Kearney called D'Creamery. So, with nothing better to do tonight, I decided that this burger they called The Gump, should please my palate.

Upon arrival, I go inside where I am greeted, and was explained the order process. You order at the register and they bring you the order to your table. That works for me! Upon looking more closely at menu I see The Famous Double Gump Burger is listed, how interesting!

The Famous Double Gump Burger consists of two 5 oz patties of Angus beef served fully dressed in ketchup, mustard, mayo, pickles, romaine lettuce, red onion, tomato, with the choice of American, Cheddar, Pepper Jack, or swiss. I chose Cheddar and I subbed onion rings for the fries. The whole package was served on a bun that stood up well to a very juicy sandwich.

Will you just look at the monster that they brought me! I needed a hinged jaw to eat this beast. And it wasn't that it was big in size, it had great flavor. As I was leaving, I told them they need to change the name of that burger to The Jaw Stretcher Special!

Was in town for a special that turned out to be falsely advertised and since we're not locals there we decided to try something we don't have at home. This place is a small oasis amidst places around it! Actually open when they say they are, best food I've had since before my grandma passed away in '02 and service was on point! Will definitely be going back! 💯 💯 💯!

Always very welcoming, feels like home, great conversation, and my personal favorite place in kearney to eat..Dallas makes the BEST pulled pork🔥 Desserts are to ☠ for, a must see if you've never visited💯
