This hotel was kept very clean in the lobby as well as our room. We had a special request and they were very helpful with all of our needs. I would recommend this site to anyone. We had a reservation for three days, then had a health emergency and the room was cancelled for no charge. Very helpful very clean.

Updated and cozy. Had to spend a few days here waiting to move into my new house. It was very quiet and rooms are nice.

Right off the highway, clean rooms, friendly service. We stayed here while getting the plumbing fixed in our house and it was great, especially since Sonic and Price Chopper were right there for quick dinner options.

This is a good, basic hotel for a short stay. The rooms are comfortably oversized with nice beds, decent bathrooms. It isn't a luxury hotel by any means, and I wouldn't choose it for an extended stay. But for an overnight or 2-night stay, it's a good value. Breakfast was simple but good. We stayed one night while attending graduation at William Jewell, and it met our needs.

Our family got to the hotel at 1230am, super tired from driving. The front desk staff was very nice and the room was clean and updated. Floors seem brand new and beds were comfy. For breakfast, there was all the basics plus biscuits and gravy and a super cool pancake machine. The woman tidying up the breakfast area stopped what she was doing and kindly showed our 7 year old son how to use it. Our son asked if we can always stay here when we travel. Great gem of a place!

My youngest daughter and I came to visit my oldest daughter and stayed at the hotel. In the beginning, we did have problems with checking in for had to go find an atm to get cash for wasn't able to pay on two different cards which I haven't had that problem before but we were able to to get cash, and also got charged a pet fee even tho I said that our dog was a service dog. But other than that, we 😉 enjoyed our stay at the hotel and just loved it. The staff made it feel like we were home, for they were very helpful and friendly and caring. We stayed a night longer and we didn't want to leave. The rooms were clean and had a fresh smell to them, and the rooms and building look like they take care of the building and make sure it looks nice. We will be staying there again when we come back in April. And be staying at the hotel whenever we are in town and the state.

This property is always clean, has ample parking for our van and trailer, and the workers are warm and welcoming. We have stayed here numerous times traveling across the country and am just now starting to write positive reviews because I rely on them so much. We enjoy their complimentary breakfast choices and there is an outdoor pool, but we travel January and March. We will continue to stay here because of cleanliness, safety, parking, & price.

We are currently staying here and let me tell you. This hotel gets great reviews from us. From check in (didn't get the guys name but he was super nice) to breakfast this morning. Nancy and her husband have been so amazing and made us feel like we have known them for ever. Super great people. The hotel smelled good the minute we walked in and the room was to my standards clean. We're from Colorado but this will be our hotel any time we're in town. We're here for a wedding and I really want to THANK YOU all so much. ♥

9/10 on cleanliness. The rooms we're good. The bed was comfortable. The pillows were soft. Perfect place to sleep quick and go. Vending machines are down so bring your own snacks and drinks.

When driving across the country with dogs, your choice of places to stay overnight is limited. As a result, we've stayed in some less than ideal locations: dirty, small rooms; poor amenities; and sometimes no good places to walk the dogs. Fortunately we had none of those issues here. The room was large and clean, the bed and furnishings were great, and we had plenty of great areas to walk the dogs when they needed it. It was wonderful to actually be able to relax for a night before heading out again in the morning. If I'm ever in the area again, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

We had a short stay but enjoyed the time! Room was very clean, staff was very nice and the breakfast was good as well! It was everything i expected and had no issues at all! P.S. the pancake machine was dope

Wow, this hotel is the best one in the state.Nancy Carter was so professional and kind and Jeff Skaggs cared about my cat The swing in the lobby is absolutely gorgeous. I will only stay at Best Western in Kearney when I need hotel service.

I stayed 4 nights during the recent Big 12 basketball tournament nearby and this was a really good find. Front desk staff was always kind. The hotel smelled nice and the complimentary breakfast was tasty. The room was exactly as I expected and have zero complaints especially with how quiet it was. If you don’t mind a short drive to and from KC, this is a great value.

Excellent value, clean, comfortable, friendly. Will make this our regular stop on the way to Texas.

I work at a hotel and know what to look for as far as cutting corners goes so my eyes were immediately peeled from the moment I walked through the door. It was a very clean lobby, the staff was incredibly courteous and very clear about the pet, mask, and breakfast policies. I was very grateful the location required masks and had already anticipated no breakfasts but was surprised to learn this location provides bagged breakfasts. Because we had a dog we were immediately alerted of the $10/night pet fee which was much lower than we always anticipate paying. We were also given a lower floor room immediately next to an exit which was extremely convenient. I also had to approach staff to request things like extra coffee cups or things as simple as forks and everyone was incredibly gracious and willing to stop what they were doing to assist me even though I saw the front desk folding laundry on multiply occasions during my stay. Aside from the customer service, the room itself was very clean and very well set up. Laminate flooring is a new introduction to hotel rooms but I felt it was much cleaner and easier to "live in" especially as a pet owner. The furnishings were also very modern and I appreciated the dual flushing toilets. The proximity to KC and the surrounding towns really gave us a lot of options during our visit. I truly can't wait to stay here again!

Finally found a decent place to stay in Kearney, MO at a reasonable price. We paid $78 a night including all taxes & surcharges. The room was spotless & adequately supplied with good quality furnishings.

Absolutely nothing but raves about this hotel!!
Everything from the lobby, hallways, sleeping rooms, and beyond were spotless. Staff was constantly wiping down counters, railings and common areas.

The bed was so comfortable it felt like home.!! ☆
All of the staff was super helpful and friendly. The complimentary breakfast was far beyond expectations.

Definitely 5 STARS from our family.

We were looking for a place to stay after a long day of driving in the rain. Had not heard of this hotel brand before so were skeptical to try it. So glad we did as it is a very nice hotel for not a lot of money. It was conveniently located right off of I-35. The lobby was nicely decorated and welcoming, staff was friendly, room was big and clean, bed was comfortable, nice tv with good channel selection, breakfast was adequate and good. We would highly recommend this place!

We were involved in an accident 13 miles away and they made sure they saved us a room when we got in at 11pm. They loved our animals. The rooms were very clean and the beds were very comfortable. We will stay here again if we are in the area! The front desk staff were so helpful and helped us out immensely!
