I was looking for replacement chairs to a table that I wish to keep. The salesman James was very helpful and knowledgeable. He spent time explaining our options and answering questions. I am very satisfied with the process. If you’re looking for good customer service, this is great place to go.

James should get a raise!

My wife and I had a great experience working without salesperson Whitney S. her knowledge of the furniture from color fabrics to structure and quality was amazing!!! We went to 4 different furniture stores before Missouri Furniture. This store was hands down the best!!!!

Was greeted promptly by the salesman James. We were looking for a Purple mattress and James grabbed some pillows and helped us find the firmness we needed. No wasted time. Got us through the purchase process quickly and we were on our way.

James was wonderful to work with. I had an idea of what I wanted but no specifics and he patiently showed me my options including tons of fabric choices. It wasn’t all about a sale for him but a desire to make sure I was happy with the end result. Thanks again James!

Jacob did a great job as our sales representative today for our new mattress purchase. He nailed the balance between being informative and helpful, but also giving us the space to figure out what mattress fit our needs the best. We will definitely be back.

James spent time helping me pick out the perfect set for my living room and sent me home with samples and then brought in Veronica to help me pick out paint colors and pillow fabrics. Both of these people are awesome and do their jobs with enthusiasm and just want people to be happy with their choices. I came into this store on a whim and I am so glad I did. I highly recommend coming to see these two if you are looking to shop with no pressure to buy and want someone to listen to what you are looking for and find it for you. I will definitely be back.

Everyone from the manager, to the gentleman who called me to set up delivery, were extremely helpful and so nice. It made getting new furniture after moving here so easy. Will definitely be going back!

I met Veronica, the delightful store designer, and she was able to suggest, the perfect couch with just a short description of what I needed for a special but small room. James assisted with the sale and he was very cordial and at the same time warm and professional. At no time did I feel pressured to buy this couch. Every time I need anything, the service is great! The staff helps me find what I need, and if it isn't at the store, they get it shipped to the store. And if they can find a cheaper price on the item I am buying, they give me that too! Love this store! Highly recommend shopping there.
