Ocean 7

Our one bedroom suite was spotless modern up-to-date comfortable and accommodating with everything you need. The staff was lovely especially Tiara welcoming and professional. Steps from boardwalk. Elevator was broken but it was only short staircase for us. Excellent stay

This hotel is so unique and high quality! Every room is different and you can pick which one you want. It's a beautiful hotel with a pool that is heated in spring and fall. My only complaint is that we were not given a do not disturb sign.

Wonderful room with small kitchen. Close to the boardwalk, with friendly and welcoming staff. Highly recommended.

My son and I love it here. Not only are the employees friendly, it seems that the people who stay there are as well. It makes the time away a much more pleasant one. Location wise you can't beat it. There is a bike rack so one can keep the car parked the whole week. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. I would highly recommend Ocean 7.

1/2 block from the Boardwalk/beach. Nice and quiet at night. We love it here.

If I could give more stars for location, I would. You're right next to the boardwalk entrance, and there's no noise in the rooms. Parking is a touch tight, but very manageable.

Almost zero noise leak from neighboring rooms, which is a huge perk during a vacation at a family-friendly spot.

If you get a room with a kitchenet, they have induction plates, so you may not be able to use your own pots/pans. Thankfully they stock their rooms with compatible equipment.

Only downside was, for me at 6'5, I couldn't stretch my arms up too high in the bathroom, but that's a very minor gripe.

Best location in OC, NJ. Right off the walking ramp to the boardwalk.
We requested an ocean front room.
Parking on either side of the registration office ( which we didn't know).
Room ( more like an efficiency apt) was spotless.
Pool was great.
Loved it here.

First let me say this. Maggie and Angela are the best. Politeness and willing to help or make suggestions on things to do or go to they knew it. They really made our stay there awesome. My wife and I will definitely be back. We already booked for October. And it's a plus that the hotel is right next to the boardwalk.

I enjoyed my recent stay at Ocean 7 which is located steps away from the Ocean City, NJ boardwalk and beach. My room (215) was very clean and nicely decorated. Even though daily room cleaning service is not usually done due to the pandemic, guests can always request fresh towels or linens and other amenities like shampoo, soap, etc. Dirty towels can be placed outside your room and are taken away pretty quickly. The heated pool is a wonderful amenity and can be used before or after beach time. Any issues that pop up are quickly addressed. If you want a clean, comfortable place with a pool near the boardwalk, I highly recommend Ocean 7. One more note, the rooms are individually owned and Ocean 7 does have ADA compliant rooms.

Family trip..we booked two rooms next to each other..smoke free location, amazing pool. Kitchen and pull out couch .Literally 20 seconds from the beach. Kid friendly, boardwalk and beach caters to family activities..ohhh, alcohol free zone, still amazing

Ocean 7 was a great stay for our yearly Jersey Shore family vacation! We stayed in room 307, which had a view of Gillian's Wonderland's ferris wheel. The room had 2 full size beds and 1 sofa bed and small kitchenette. The only downside of this room is the very small bathroom which was ok with us because we were on the beach or boardwalk for the most part. Pro Tip: the closest beach entrance on the boardwalk is a surfers beach. I would say walk to the right on the boardwalk to the next entrance if you're not there for the surf. Otherwise the lifeguards will yell at you to get out the water. *Stay between the green flags*

What a cute place. Super clean and comfortable. Everyone at the front desk was very pleasant and willing to answer any questions. The beach and boardwalk were literally 10 steps away from the hotel. We had a wonderful weekend there and we look forward to returning.

This staff is top notch. We had an emergency situation where we had to cancel our week-long vacation after two nights, and they were more than accommodating and kind to our already stressful situation. This is a place we love to visit as it is prime location to the boardwalk and great food, and also beautiful inside. This is not your ordinary beach motel. I was impressed last year when I stayed, and I continue to be impressed this second year. Cannot wait to revisit year after year to this wonderful motel!

We were in room 319 which had a sliver of an ocean view above the businesses on the boardwalk. The room was in great shape and very clean. Bed was comfortable. The location is the draw. It’s just steps from the boardwalk and Kohr Bros. Will be back.

Excellent location! You are literally 50 feet from the boardwalk! A 30 second walk will land you right on top the boardwalk! This hotel is very nice, the staff were friendly and helpful! We would definitely stay here again. The room we booked had a great setup inside. It was very clean and had everything we needed and more!

I bring my kids here every year and rent one of the suites. Their bright, clean, updated, and have a private bedroom which is a must for me! Everyone who works there are nice and always helpful. Their salt pool is really refreshing when ya come off the beach and most of all the LOCATION IS PERFECT! Steps away from EVERYTHING!

This is the second year we have stayed at Ocean 7 and we will definitely be back. It’s the PERFECT spot especially if you have kids. Steps to the boardwalk and beach. If you get tired of the beach, head to the pool (which was heated when we were there). Staff is friendly. Rooms aren’t anything over the top but are clean and just right for sleeping and heading outside! We will definitely be back!

First time at Ocean7 and it was a great place to stay. The suites were clean and spacious and my family had a great time. Love, love, love the close proximity to the boardwalk, and it was super convenient to make a run to the room from the beach. The staff was super nice and extremely responsive to our requests. SO happy that I have another stay at Ocean7 planned for August. I shopped around and really feel that you get great value in the suite, and well worth the money.

This place was so cute & the perfect place for a quiet getaway! We decided a last minute trip to Ocean City. Call the day before & spoke with such a sweet gal that got us all set up for a 2 day stay. The room was clean and had a small kitchenette. The pool was heated. And the next part, it was steps away from the beach. Perfect location! We will definitely stay again!

Clean and courteous everything was well kept. The kitchenette in the room was fully stocked. I recently had spine surgery and they were kind enough to let me park my scooter inside the main office . The pool was phenomenal! I'm not a fan of the beach but my family is . So it made it easier for me. The staff was very very accommodating. We stayed during the 4th of July and we did t even have to leave our room. We watched it from our porch . Definitely coming back here in the future
