We lost our home to a fire in 2021, after the rebuild when it came time to order new furniture we went with Ethan Allen. We did not want any furniture that is mass produced with particle board and laminate. Ethan Allen has the best selections and options available. Since moving back in we have ordered additional pieces. Exceptional products.

We were looking for a new dining room table and went into the Marlton store on a whim when we were in the shopping center, not expecting anything to be in our price range. Deborah Reed helped us and are we glad we stopped in! She spent a lot of time with us going over our preferences and needs and helped us built a set we are really looking forward to having in our home. Deborah has been great with keeping us informed of the status as well. Highly recommend!

Over 20 years ago I bought my furniture and bedroom from Ethan Allen. Many of those items still look like new. Your workmanship is awesome and our new mattress and adjustable base is a dream. Elizabeth Jackson was the very best and we loved doing business with her. Bottom line you need anything for your home go to Ethan Allen first. You won't need to go anywhere else.

Ethan Allen is the best! This was our second furniture purchase with the store and we couldn’t be happier with the experience and the furniture. We worked with Danielle, who understood our requirements and was most helpful in the store. She arranged to come to our home in Philly to be sure the sofa would be a good fit for the space and would fit through the doorways for delivery. She was particularly helpful in assisting us with the fabric and wood choices to tie in with our decor. Delivery was also top notch. We received
the sofa much sooner than we had expected and the delivery
was flawless with very professional delivery personnel. We can only give Ethan Allen the highest recommendations.

We bought a chair and matching otter man in an off white color. The chair arrived with a small black mark. Ethan Allen had someone here in under a week to remove the spot. The chair looks and is perfect.

Ethan Allen never disappoints with their fine quality furniture, custom options, and in home designers taking the guess work out of purchasing "the right piece".  In today's world of disposable furniture, I love the quality, workmanship and commitment to customer satisfaction.  I recently made a purchase at the Marlton NJ store, but the piece (a buffet table)  looked a little off  the color of the sample piece which I had selected based on the color of my fireplace.  I contacted the store manager, Elizabeth, who very understanding, politely requested I send some photos of the piece I received and the sample piece for comparison.  I then received a call from Fred, their product and warranty coordinator who was very helpful and agreed the color was a little off and offered to somewhat customize the color with a glaze to harmonize with my fireplace.  Well, I just received refinished buffet and it is perfect!  I can't thank Elizabeth and Fred enough for going above and beyond my expectations.  Thank you so much!

Working with Rita Ross at the Marlton NJ store was an amazing and fun experience! She understood what I liked even more than I understood it myself. I was struggling to find a sofa that would work with the existing décor of my family room. Right from the start, she presented sofa and fabric options that matched my design style and were within my budget.

The experience was even better when she came out to my home. In addition to looking at the fabric options we chose, she moved items around that I already had in my family and living rooms. When she left, I was shocked at how beautiful the rooms looked and I didn’t even have my new furniture!

I can’t wait to get everything delivered and to see my family room come to life! I will definitely be coming back and am already excited about my future living room makeover.

I have been working with Rita Ross in the Marlton, NJ store to update our gathering room. Her suggestions have been great! She understands me as a customer (my likes and dislikes, as well as specific needs/functionality) and has made the whole experience enjoyable. We had an excellent experience with Ethan Allen all around - from our meetings with our design expert, Elizabeth Jackson, to the folks who called to schedule deliveries, to the amazing men who made multiple trips delivering the furniture to our house and lifting it up our many flights of stairs. The furniture is beautiful, yet functional, and has made our house feel like home. I know the pieces will last us a lifetime, as I learned of what great quality furniture EA makes from having grown up with pieces that my parents bought!

We are extremely pleased with our new Chloe bed. The wood finish is magnificent and looks beautiful in our bedroom. Cheri, at your Marlton store was extremely helpful and so friendly, and very professional.

I had a wonderful experience purchasing both a sofa and two armchairs from this particular location. The designer who helped me was Rita who was a huge help in selecting fabrics that fit the space. The furniture is exceptional quality which will last a life time. I am so so happy with my purchase!

This was a pretty painless furniture buying experience. What I really appreciated was the lack of sales tactics and the hold your hand approach. We worked with Deborah to purchase a table for our new kitchen. She quickly identified the right product based on our tastes and needs. Even after purchasing it she offered to come out and measure just to make sure it works in the space. That is sales with service hands down! We’ll be back to this location to buy more.

Ethan Allen is the place to go if you have space limitations and need a specific shape for a couch. We bought a burgundy leather couch. And it’s a perfect match with our existing burgundy leather recliners from a different retailer. Ethan had that many color choices.
