The jewelry was very friendly and easy to talk to. He put new batteries in my watches and went out of his way to clean erosion around the batteries so they would work. He offered me sound advice about some other watches I need looking at. Good prices on batteries. The other salesman helped me while I was waiting and was eager to assist me with any questions. Nice experience.

I have been a long time customer of Family Jewelers and I can’t say enough good things about them. Every staff member is professional, knowledgeable, courteous and a pleasure to work with. If the store is crowded a staff member will always acknowledge your presence so you don’t feel stranded while you’re waiting. You are never pressured to purchase anything if you are browsing or inquiring and any purchase you do make is followed with exceptional customer service. Family & Co Jewelers fixed a diamond infinity band that meant so much to me. The band broke 2 years ago and I was so scared to even attempt to fix it and thought it was impossible to match the diamonds I already had. Now I wish I brought it to them sooner! They were beyond professional, reassuring and fixed it to absolute perfection. I listened to their advice and they changed the material to make the band stronger than before. It even came in earlier than expected. I won't be using any other jeweler besides them after this!

I can say nothing but positive things about this place! I had a horrible experience with my wedding band at a different location, and when I went to pickup my fiancés band, I saw one here I liked. They were able to make it for me in a short time making me so much happier in the situation, it has so much meaning as well and is absolutely gorgeous.
My fiancés ring is everything he wanted as well and they helped with ordering that! My engagement ring which was our first purchase, they were even able to have that be a little more custom than the original one he saw!

A diamond had fallen out of my 10 year old engagement ring and not only did they reset the diamond and make sure my other diamonds weren’t loose, but they made my ring look brand new. 10/10 would recommend for any jewelry needs

Walked into Family Jewelers looking for an engagement ring not knowing the slightest about jewelry. Eddy was a big help he explained everything there is to know about the stones and showed me a ton of options. it was alot of information but he broke it down in a way I could understand.
