Great Verizon stores

High pressure sales tactics has Verizon store in Rotterdam stealing from their customers! Went into the store to figure out an issue with our phone and were told the phone was outdated and we would need an upgrade. We weren't even done paying the phone off yet! The manager continued to pressure us into paying off the last three payments on our device and trade it in for a new device. Midway through the transaction we asked to cancel and back out BUT were told it was too late to cancel, and even if we did he would charge us restocking fees, early cancellation fees, etc. After two failed attempts to rectify this situation in-store, the GM stepped in. He promised us he would replace the device we lost with one of comparable value at no charge. However, on arriving at the store to meet with him he instead took the iPhone 14 pro we have been given and swapped it out for a Google pixel 7, a device that we did not ask for, and then continued to charge us a $700 payment agreement! To add insult to injury, without our knowledge or consent he also called Verizon corporate and directed the money for the trade-in of our Samsung s21 5G ultra to go to the store! Stealing from me once wasn't enough? Under what legality do you have to direct my money to go to you? The GM reached out via text message stating they would call me and then never followed through, calling verizon corporate proves useless as they claimed the issue has to be taken up with the indirect seller? Their building shows verizon! Why is it up to the consumer to know whether a Verizon store is direct or indirect? They advertise Verizon then their Verizon! You leave me no options other than to sue you, R Wireless.

Buyers beware!! R Wireless, disguises themselves as a Verizon Mobile store, located on Altamont Ave in Rotterdam next to the Pizza Hut.

They did not report to corporate that a return has been received...
