Southridge Pharmacy

Mike and Heather the pharmacist’s are fantastic and always willing to check interactions and insurance coverage. I’m grateful that they are so kind and accommodating they stay open late 8 pm most weekdays so I can leave work at 7 and still make it in.
One complaint nothing to do with the pharmacy but during the day finding parking can be difficult I feel like they need a couple of pharmacy pickup spots.

Best customer service and friendliest staff ever. Unfortunately my insurance had a contract change so I can’t use this pharmacy anymore. I will miss your friendly faces. This pharmacy made me feel like my pharmacist was my friend.

Staff are very helpful and knowledgeable as well as friendly. They have a small selection of snacks and drinks and some retail items. They also have a medication drop box to appropriately dispose of unused medication. Great pharmacy!

Super easy pick up after my visit to the doctor!

Had a prescription I’ve been taking for a while from my physician being filled here and when I picked it up the pharmacist suggested that it’d be a good idea to take a break from it every so often. Following the pharmacist suggestion l, I took a week break off my medication which set my refill back a week. When trying to refill my last refill on the prescription I was told they couldn’t because I couldn’t refill it for another 3 days but also because my prescription would expire before then.
So by listening to the pharmacist suggestion of taking a break for a week, I am out a month of my prescription and will now have to get another one from another physician since my physician has moved out of state.
Not happy.
