I had an emergency at 2:30 AM. I called the 24hr. phone number, it was promptly answered, and the person I spoke with was extremely helpful! I even received a text a few minutes later with a scheduled time for a service technician to come out to my house. Upon arrival, he couldn't have been any nicer! He diligently diagnosed the issue, fixed it, and spent a few extra minutes explaining everything to me and answering all of my questions! I will definitely NOT HESITATE to call Brighton Electric again!

I was out of electricity for a couple of days, calling around but no one was available until the next day due to the recent storm. Finally, I called Brighton Electric. Ross spent the afternoon diagnosing the problem over the phone, and was trying to save me money. He was knowledgeable, patience, and extremely helpful.
It is a breath of fresh air to have someone who takes such good care of customers. Thank you Ross! I will definitely reach out again when needed and will recommend you to my family members and friends.

This is the second time I have used Brighton Electric. They call you right back and come promptly. I had Bill on both service calls. He installed a new 200 Amp service the first time and related wiring. This had to be coordinated with PSE and G and a siding contractor. The work was done very neatly and professionally. Great clean ups too. He came back to mount the new box after all work was done. He came right when he said he would. I wish all contractors cared about the quality of their work as much as Bill, Ross and Brighton.

Today I had 30 Amp panel and new wiring installed in the garage because old wiring was in poor condition. When Bill came he said the wiring for 50 amps was $2 more. He and Ross gave me a 50 Amp breaker box and wiring for the same price as original request for 30 Amp service. I like a contractor who treats you like family. Giving you extra without uncharging when possible.

I also liked how well Bill explained everything that he would do. He answered all of my questions.

I highly recommend Brighton and Bill. Another job I am very pleased with. At a time when many contractors don't provide good quality service, it is refreshing to find Brighton Electric.

Brighton Electric saved the day!!!! Highly Knowledgeable. I had partial power outage at my house. After calling several other companies, I was able get in touch with Brithton Electric. After disrcribing the situation, I was advised over the phone to first contact the power company as the issue could be outside. Although I was skeptical since I had partial power, it turned out the issue was indeed outside and power company fixed it (free of charge w free advise) Lesson #1 Trust the expert. Lesson #2 Call Brighton first because of lesson #1

Power to our microwave and refrigerator had gone off on a Sunday afternoon and I struggled to find someone to come fix the issue. Upon texting with Ross at Brighton Electric, he called me within one minute, talked me through a potential fix, and a minute later, power was restored.

I just called Brighton Electric because my breaker was acting up, on new years eve great timing lol, anyway the guy told me the price I was in shock, thank you but no thank you. The guy called right back asked what was the problem maybe he could refer me to someone but told me to go and try something first and it worked. He wanted to save me money that's definitely a plus. It worked and I'm truly grateful because he didn't have to do that. Much thanks to you sir. I did forget your name but you know who you are, stay blessed sir.

I called Brighton on a Saturday and got an immediate response. They directed me to call Atlantic City Electric first which resolved one of my problems at no cost. Thank you! When I had a second issue, they had me take pictures so they could get the necessary parts and be ready to fix the problem first thing Monday morning. Bill arrived before 8:00 am and went above and beyond with helping me with a third issue outside of scope for electricians. Brighton will be my first call with any electric problems. Terrific and timely service from an experienced and dedicated team - Ross and Bill. They were at my house within 40 minutes from my call on a Sunday morning in August and were able to restore power in 2 hours. They were a pleasure to deal with. From the owner to the employees everyone was exceptional. I called around 730/8am i text pictures of my problem. The owner came out and assessed my problem. Had his electrician out by 11 and my problem was fixed by 2 with inspection from the city and all. Definitely will use Brighton electrical anytime i have an electrical problem. Thank everyone so much.
