Ana and Mark are wonderful! When I was burglarized and only had one earring, Mark made it into a gorgeous pendant. Also, I found a vintage gold watch but it was too small for my wrist. I worked out the design with Ana and Mark inserted 2 gold bands. Now I can wear it 2 ways! This is my go to place for unique quality jewelry.

High quality, super fast repairs

A quite well dressed and presentable woman is the co- owner of this jewelry store. She promised me a watch repair price of no more than $40.00 for installing a new stem and battery to resuscitate my favorite Boccia watch. The time piece is one of @ 42 ea. that I collect as an admitted watch aficionado. She told me that delivery on this valued article would be @ two weeks. Bear in mind that I have only used her store as a battery replacement center and never actually purchased a watch from her in the past. This "red herring" has no bearing on the way I was mistreated, poorly handled, and accommodated. The bottom line is that after numerous calls and visits, the watch became available last week which is 6 weeks overdue and my charged price grew to $64.37. At this point I wanted my watch so badly that I paid her the charge on my credit card just to receive my watch, realizing that she cannot be trusted. The kicker is that the watch stopped functioning two days ago. I am understandably livid at this point based on an "F "minus experience. I must advise any smart buyer to avoid this place like the Bubonic plague. Buyer beware........

I'm lucky I didn't lose my diamond! I bought a new setting for my engagement diamond. It took so long to get back that I thought they lost it. When I finally got it, it looked fine although I thought it felt very rough. The prongs scratched my face if I happened to swipe a stray hair away. Fast forward 2 months, I'm having my nails done. I look at my hand and notice a prong is missing! I didn't want to take it back, so I went to another jeweler. He made me look at it through the magnifying loupe and there were cuts and gouges in the gold from tools, and another prong had a fissure and was on the verge of breaking. I'm so disappointed in the careless workmanship! I'm also angry that I'm out $800 because ilI' never go back in there again. Stay away from this hack shop!

These people deserve no stars! i left an expensive heavy 14kt gold chain to have a claps replaced they keep my chain for a week. they keep asking me to pay cash which i thought was strange and i was reluctant to leaving the jewelry. when picked up the jewelry they replaced my heavy expensive chain with a cheap chain. i'm currently going through every channel possible to see that that don' t get away with this. i'll up date

They ask for cash,don't do it.They're crooks who will steal your jewelry & give you different jewelry. Beware!!!! Beware!!! Ask the local police how many complaints are processing against these crooks!!!!!!
