Our sales person was very helpful and pleasant. Gvae us space to try out the different pieces of furniture, but was right there to answer any questions. Even double checked all the costs of each pieces to make sure we were getting the lowest price possible. It was a lovely experience. We will be back.

Torrence was our dedicated salesperson and did an incredible job handling the details of our purchase, educating us on the various brands, helping us with layout, and ensuring that we were completely satisfied with our purchase. We bought a leather sectional for our family room and a Nectar king mattress and accessories. We easily spent over 5 hours, across 2 days and Torrence was patience and walked with us through every step of the process. We are longstanding customers of R&F, but this was our first time shopping the outlet store (Christiana). Based on our exceptional experience and Torrence’s outstanding customer service, we will definitely be back and refer our network of friends and family!

I bought my dinette set from them and went Labor Day weekend and bought my 3 piece living room set. No one pressured me. I was able to browse and look around till I made a decision. Nice selection to choose from!

Phenomenal experience in every way. I had the pleasure of working with Torrence who was extremely personable, knowledgeable and professional, making it a positive experience. I did a comfort test and was able to select the perfect mattress and a gorgeous couch. Torrence gave me the necessary resources for what I was looking for and allowed me the space to arrive at my decision. My furniture was delivered a few days later as stated and I’m overall euphoric about my purchase. Torrence is the guy! I’m one satisfied customer, I’ll be back for more.

I went into Raymore & Flanigan with my sister on 2/10/24, so she could look at a dining room table/s. I started looking around the outlet and found my new furniture. Torrence was our sales representative and he was amazing, patient as we had a lot of questions for him.
He answered every question and showed my sister several different dining room sets.
He even called other RF outlets looking for the right dining room set for her.
We must have taken up close to two hours of his time.
He wa paged for a customer/s and calls and I was please assist them we aren't leaving.
The entire process seemed seamless.

I was approached on entering with a smiling face & a lovely greeting, Jamie introduced herself & offered assistance. She enabled us to browse at our leisure without hassle. She was available for questions & let us do our own thing. Purchasing was easy, I’m anxious for delivery in a few days.

Mr. Q & Terrence ( the manager, I think ) were very accommodating & very patient working with us to give us the best experience in buying new furnitures.

We first went to your main store, and Palmer could not have been more accommodating, but just did not have the product that we wanted. So we went to the outlet and Terrence was fantastic. We are now awaiting the arrival of our new recliner

Delivery service was amazing. Salvador was so personable and you can tell he cares about his job and the service he provides. Amy in store as well as the manager were extremely helpful and accommodating with all our needs. Will definitely recommend and returning!

We were greeted very quickly by Marcy with a friendly smile and hello. Then, we were allowed to look around on our own. Marcy was right there when we found a sofa we liked and answered all the questions we had and made suggestions for any roadblocks. It was a fantastic experience!

Love them. Buying was painless, the lady on the floor was super helpful and not overbearing. The delivery men were really nice and protective of my belongings. 10/10 would recommend!

Craig welcomed us guide us and let us explore the options and was present as soon as we were ready to make the Questions , free delivery , He made things so easy, that the hard part is to decide what mattress you like the most. He made me aware they don’t take the bed’s base so I was able to schedule my delivery by the end of the week to get time to clear everything before my new mattress came in, thank you. It’s been almost a year since I got it home and my mom loves it, it gives her enough support on her back

I walked into Raymour and Flanigan‘s. One of your agents walked up to me, show me where the beds were, and let me decide which one I wanted and when I had a question, she explained everything to me how much it would cost and how much delivery was and it would be delivered in three days. Took me to the desk to pay for it, and that was it
