As soon as I walked into the boutique, I felt so excited! I had a specific budget I needed to stay in, and not one time did she try to press me to spend more than I said I could. She showed me the dresses within my budget and let me try on as many as I wanted, with no limits or frustrations. She was so patient, sweet and SO kind the entire time I was in there. Honest feedback about how some of the dresses fit me/made me look, but did in a way that was respectful and not belittling. We ended up finding my perfect dress and I couldn’t be happier! The experience was wonderful, and I’d 100% buy from them again! Going back for alterations in June and feeling just as excited for the next step.

I was obsessed with this bridal boutique!!!! I had the best wedding dress that any woman could dream of!!!! I love the seamstress Marianna!!!! She was amazing !!! I got pregnant after the initial fitting and she still changed my dress with the most phenomenal alterations ! Malka and Rula were amazing!!!! They helped me every step of the way and gave me the best experience ever !!! I couldn’t do for more. !!! Love them !!!

The manager was wonderful. She was willing to work with me and exchange my gown due to the wrong size being ordered. Thank you so much for your help and understanding of my frustration. You are the best.

This is my 3rd time purchasing a Prom dress from Rene Elle. It is easy to make an appointment and once there, we always receive the time and attention to select the perfect dress. They have a wonderful selection in style and price. Unlike other dress shops in the area, the saleswomen give honest feedback with no pressure or rushing to make a decision. We will return again ( and again!). I'm sharing a photo of the dress we purchased last year for my daughter's Junior Prom. It was unique and stunning!

I can't say enough!! My son was married in Sept 2023 and this was the only shop I found the perfect dress. I tried on many but I was too late to order. The last dress I tried on was the winner!! The staff are so supportive and friendly. I believe Hiba (hope thats her name) did the alterations. She's amazing, handled the 4 layers in my skirt like it was nothing. I came back because I wanted a permanent bustle realizing the train was too long and in minutes sewed it up for me. Love the dress, customer service was 💯 thanks for all of your help!!! Bad picture of a picture but you get it and awful hair/makeup stylist but whatev!

Rula was AMAZING!!! extremely helpful and knew exactly what she was talking about. She took her time helping me find the perfect dress and narrowing down the options until I found the one! Would recommend them to any and everyone looking for a wedding dress.

We came here for my niece's homecoming dress. Rula was VERY helpful and caring. She took lots of time with my niece to make sure the dress was exactly what she wanted. We will definitely be back for a prom dress.

Found the dress of my dreams with the help of Arlene!! I purchased a sample rack size at a fantastic discount! They have so many sample rack dresses at affordable prices if you are looking not to break the bank! I recommend this place!

Could not have been happier!! The shop has gorgeous gowns, the help I received from "Malka" was personable, professional & very appreciated. "Hiba" (the seamstress) is sweet & truly talented! I will only shop for special occasions here in the future!

Don’t walk, RUN! 😍 I had such an incredible experience shopping at this boutique. I was looking for a last minute dress for a friend’s engagement dinner and was recommended by family and friends who have shopped here before. Arlene was such a sweetheart and was so helpful! She did such an incredible job helping me choose a dress, I nearly fell in love with all of them! The boutique has a wide variety to chose from and they even have a seamstress there if you need alterations. I needed the dress taken in and it was done in 3 days! The dress is absolutely perfect. 1000% would recommend to all my girlies in need of beautiful evening gowns for their special events!

You MUST go here. Best experience, ever. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. I explained exactly what I was looking for and my stylist got it right away. I fell in love with the first one but all five that she pulled were exactly what I asked for. Dresses for all different price points and I didn’t feel pressured to purchase a dress but I sure did because it was a no brainer. So thankful for all the ladies who helped make my experience the best it could be. Thank you so much!!

Can’t say enough great things about Rena Elle Couture. Bought my daughter’s wedding dress there and it’s beautiful. My daughter found a dress that she liked at another boutique and we almost bought it. We visited Rena Elle’s and found a much nicer dress for $1,000 less. Great customer service and very sweet staff.

Nice shop with a cozy atmosphere where you receive personalized service. It is clean and organized with good customer service. They have an in house tailor/seamstress who is absolutely amazing. She fixed my dress to perfection....and she's just an overall good person. This will always be my first stop for a dress and alterations.

OMG!!! Where do I begin! Short back story, I ordered a dress to be made by someone in Chicago, it went way left. I was devastated! I later stumbled across Rena Elle bridal shop on my way to find a new dress and OMG, as soon as I hit the door I saw my wedding dress hanging on a rack almost as if it knew I was coming. It was absolutely stunning! By my surprise only a fraction of the cost I was expecting. The service was absolutely phenomenal. They treated me so good from the time I stepped in all throughout my fittings and to the time they walked me and my dress out to my vehicle. Beautiful boutique, amazing customer service!!! I was extremely pleased with my experience and recommend this 💯%!!

Let me start by saying I’ve had 13 years in customer service so my expectations are high. When I went to shop for my dress, my sales woman was incredible. She let my family pick out dresses for me but wouldn’t let them into the dressing room unless they were within my budget which I greatly appreciated! She ended up letting me try on dresses I thought I wanted and then told me to try on two that she thought I’d like. I ended up falling in love with the dress she pulled for me and couldn’t wait to walk down the aisle in it! 4 hours later I found out I was pregnant. When I was 5 months pregnant I went into the salon to let them know I was due 8 weeks before my wedding. The manager was so sweet and supportive and told me to take my time coming in for my fitting, relax and enjoy my new baby. She said they would do whatever they had to to make it work. I went in about 4 weeks before my wedding for alterations. My dress fit perfectly (thank god!!) but it needed to be hemmed (I’m super short) and of course the most detailed part of the dress was the bottom. The seamstress literally had two weeks to get it done because she was on vacation and WOW! I can’t even begin to describe how beautiful my dress was. I’m so impressed by this wonderful place with their awesome staff! Thank You for making me the happiest of brides!
