Hampton Inn West Valley Salt Lake City

This was a great hotel experience the girl that was running the counter made it so that my room looked directly over my truck and trailer. She also helped me find a place to park my truck and trailer. I will definitely stay here again if needed.

Stayed here for one night to attend a concert at Maverik Center.
I have never slept in a more comfortable hotel bed.
The staff at this location is the BOMB DIGGITY. Literally, everyone was SO nice and helpful and friendly.
Eileen greeted us at 7:30 this morning in the breakfast room with a huge smile and started our day off right.
Thank you all so much for an enjoyable stay.

I honestly have nothing bad to say about this hotel. The staff is amazing and very accommodating, the rooms are clean the beds are comfortable, and the bathrooms are well-kept and clean as well.The TVs are nice and new, elevator is clean and comes promptly- and the complementary breakfast is a plus! I love the fact that they have fresh fruit. I would honestly recommend staying here. Very very accommodating- I appreciate the young lady working in the evenings- very sweet

Great place to stay, people and staff are awesome. Only issue I have to say is every time we stay here their computer systems seem to be always down for checking in or doors. But either way staff is great!

This was a GREAT experience. We showed up a little later than planned, around 7pm, and the app key system was down so we had to stop by the front desk. They were super friendly and efficient in getting us figured out.
The room was fresh, clean, cozy, and comfortable.
The next morning we had probably the best continental breakfast I’ve had at a hotel in a long time, and the cook was so friendly. Even took time to get to know us a little bit and make my children feel comfortable and happy.

I had to come to the area for a funeral and this hotel was recommended by my great niece.

I drove throughout the night and arrived early.

The staff worked extremely hard to get me into a room before the allotted check-in time.

The room was nice and very comfortable.

I have back problems but slept great on their mattress.

The location is awesome. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance, as well as a movie theater and a Target.

The staff was very friendly but I didn’t require any service during my 3 day stay, except for an extra towel.

On the downside, parking was definitely a premium at night time.

Also, as much as I liked my room, there was an odd, but slight fish- like smell to the room initially.

But it either went away or I got used to it.

Bottom line is I would highly recommend this place and definitely stay there again if I was in the area.

Easy 15 minutes from the airport. Most impressed with the staff (reception), who are so friendly and courteous. The room was clean, comfortable bed, and everything you’d expect from a Hilton partner.

We came in with no reservation, and the front desk was super helpful getting us in a room. The room was clean and the breakfast was good. Would absolutely stay again

The staff was incredibly friendly. Checking in was easy checking out was even easier. I did like that the breakfast would switch up everyday. Great food options within a mile walk. The room as very nice with a home feel. Couldn't figure out the ice machine on the 3rd floor but that was the least of my worries.

My kids and I love it cause we can use our Netflix and Hulu. Breakfast is good and the pool is warm. Front desk workers are very friendly! We always come back!

Definitely a fantastic two star hotel. The Hilton app allows for a digital key, room controls (TV), and the ability to message the front desk. The room was very clean. Lastly, this is a great area with a movie theater, lots of dining, etc.

I had a great experience when I stayed! Great customer service. My room was clean and well stocked. My bedding smelled clean and fresh. The parking lot was well lit when parking late at night. Located close to stores and restaurants walking distance!

We enjoyed our stay here. The hotel was nice and clean. The staff was even nicer! They were so friendly. The pool is probably one of the warmer hotel pools I've been to in a long time. The hot tub is bigger than a small circle. The breakfast was nice and had a good variety. There is so much to do around it that it is in a great location!

We had travelled for 6 hours with a lot of hiccups along the way. We got to West Valley only to find out our reservations to another hotel we’re cancelled “due to overbooking”. It was late and kids were tired and sad. This staff went over and beyond to make accommodations. In fact, they were booked out and the manager herself came in (at 10:00 pm!!!!) to get us into rooms! I’ll forever be grateful for Tina for turning the trip around for us! The company needs to praise her! That type of person should absolutely remain the face of the company. They are blessed to have her. Her business sense along with good heart and kindness will take her far in life!
Also the hotel is immaculately clean. The breakfast attendant didn’t let a single piece of cereal or crumb go! It remained completely spotless as many people were in and out!

Wonderful experience. Rooms recently updated. Were clean and bright. Staff was super friendly and helpful. The views were beautiful. Stayed with my baby grand daughter while her mommy did job training. Was completely comfortable. Only thing I missed with the baby was an actual bathtub. As adult guest, I appreciated the walk-in shower, lol. Lots of things close by and great sidewalks for walking with or without baby. The whole hotel was quiet. Highly recommended.

We were thrilled with our overnight stay with this Hotel. Check-in process was easy and the staff was very friendly and kind. Our room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. They have an indoor pool and hot tub which my kids were really excited about and looked forward to that. I enjoyed the nice relaxing hot tub myself. After our Swim we went to the front lobby where they offer complimentary hot chocolate and coffee. We enjoyed some hot cocoa whole lounging in the Lounge area. This Hotel is at a great location. It has a grocery store, Cinemark, shopping and eating all in walking distance. We had a great nights sleep and in the morning they offered a nice buffet of breakfast. Waffles, Bagels, eggs, sausage, cereal, fruits and more. We Enjoyed our stay!!!

This is one of the best Hamptons I have ever stayed at!, the service is amazing, especially the receptionist, her name was Tina she was absolutely outstanding not only was she thorough she was extremely nice and, so helpful she told me about all the amenities and important details, and was also extremely understanding when there was a problem with my card and she found a solution for me right away, she was just the best. Hats off to her!! The showers are also a very good size! And everything is maintained very clean down to the sanitization of the tv remote. Will definitely be coming back to stay!

We had an awesome stay at this hotel! Everything was new and clean, nice staff. Good location, there are a lot of restaurants near by and a Target just across the street. The pool is open even now during pandemic, but you need to schedule a time up to 6 people. They are still serving free breakfast but it comes in a box.

We enjoyed our stay here and it was for multiple nights! The room was clean and well-stocked, In fact, we needed to stop at the front desk for an extra room key and the gal told us if we needed anything to come see them or call amd they would help us out. I instantly asked if we needed more towels etc...and she went into the other room and grabbed a fresh stack of towels for a party of 4! Not only shower towels, but hamf towels,and washcloths! This place has super customer service 👏👌 You rock!
