The clerk managers the location very well. The time I arrived was a little busy. She handled my request (watch battery) in a timely fashion. I would recommend Gold n Diamond.

I had my wedding band resized a few weeks ago. They did an excellent job. My engagement ring had two missing prongs. They fixed that and welded the engagement ring to the matching band. They came out beautifully. My husband's wedding band was dirty and they cleaned this his band and mine for free. I would definitely go back to them again . I believe they are different owners.

They were very helpful it was a beautiful pagoda in the middle of the Morristown mall and they do have a lot of chiefs a lot of Kings they had a lot of those for earrings and medallions on your necklace and they had a lot of different gold necklaces it was very nice place they were very very helpful

I bought my wife diamond ring from Ali , he took care of me. Plus they fixed my other jewlery on the same day while I waited.

Beautiful jewelry

Very untrustworthy people I bought an engagement ring that was supposedly 10k solid gold and 0.5 ct diamond. I had it tested and was not a real diamond nor did the lady think it was real solid gold. So I checked the picture of the ring when I bought it to look at what the tag said and I noticed they gave me a completely different ring than what I chose to buy. They must have switched it while they were sizing it and me being a guy had no idea they both looked identical at the time. This was at the same purchase where I traded in two gold necklaces and two gold pendants and still paid $300 cash on top of it all.

Bought earrings that were supposedly 10kt gold and had them tested which turned out they are not full 10kt. Tried to return them and was told no refund. This is not a good place to shop because you would think they'd be a legitimate jewelry store but I guess not. Im trying to decide if I want to go to court or not especially beings theres a pandemic going on.
