DC renovated the pool, tennis and pickle ball court. They are currently working on the landscaping to adhere to the condo rules and regulations. They installed new camera to capture ppl dumping furniture illegally since this is a private property. And enforcing the parking with resident tags. Beach goers parking in DC will be towed! It’s about time - I’m so happy they are enforcing the rules we pay for in our condo fees. DC had come a long way - they are cute condos with alot of potential. The location is amazing. This is truly a hidden gem. Not all the craziness with the tourist like the North side.
