Enjoyed another Great Experience in nearby Mo'town Mall despite day starting off knowing getting my less than Smartphone replaced or repaired fortunately the latter was the case which is how/way I ended up visiting the Joseph Jacob Jewelers store a few stores away from the cellphone repair store. So I noticed the Invicta Sign as I walked by so poked my head in to see what they had in their display case. Honestly have been looking for a Nice watch with Red White and Blue combo of colors to match up with the many Philadelphia Phillies ⚾ and 76rs 🏀 Sports Gear I own. The search actually started last season when the Fightin Phils made it to the World Series with No Success til this week when in the very back R corner of the Invicta case was this beautiful matching Invicta watch which is a Bonus bc I owned 2 others, Eagles 🦅💚🏈 and Black Panther 🌍🙅🏾‍♂🎬, that have had going on 2-3 years each now and absolutely Love both. I was great back a Very Nice Young Lady Salesperson, Samira, who let me try on the watch told me what modifications required for best fit and the Sale currently on going that perfectly fit my budget and later met Scott who assisted me to the finish line as had to go back to phone repair store to get my fixed phone before purchasing the New Star of my growing watch collection. Mahalo Nui Loa to both Samira and Scott for their great customer service, highly recommend any and all with watch or jewelry needs pay JJacobs Jewelers a visit esp with Christmas 🎄 🎁 fast approaching. Was a Great Experience had to share!

My husband and I were killing time walking through the mall the Saturday before Christmas Eve and decided to window shop at Joseph Jacob Jewelers. Scott, the store VP, and his staff were wonderful. It was towards the end of the day and I know they were all probably tired and sick of Christmas shoppers but Scott took the time to show us new pieces that had just arrived that day. They had a great sale that enabled us to purchase a new wedding band for my husband (the original was lost at the beach) and an upgraded diamond for my wedding band. So much for just window shopping but their service was exceptional and the value and shopping experience for us was phenomenal! They do custom jewelry so we plan to use them in the future as well. Thank you, Scott and Team!

Ive made two purchases with this store. The 2nd purchase being recent. The staff were always so welcoming and helpful with me shopping. They stayed within my price range and found some excellent designs. I will definitely be going back to them in the future.

I have had the opportunity to work with the entire team at the moorestown location. My original go to guy left for a different career,however in his transition I also met Scott who is amazing an through, he takes his time an explains everything. It's such a pressure less environment you actually feel pressured to buy .. haha!! No literally no pressure an getting what you want exactly all the time. I have been working with Scoot over two years nows an have met Samaria an Thad!!! I planned to continue my relationship an utilize Scott as my preferred Jeweler. An custom designer. My boyfriend gifted me with the most beautiful oval gold diamond earrings for Christmas this year from Joseph Jacob Jewelers in Moorestown. This was the same jeweler from whom he purchased a unique birthstone necklace for me a few years ago. Their pieces are distinctive and unique -not the typical cookie cutter styles found elsewhere. When I opened my new earrings, I noticed the closure on the one earring was broken and did not work. I was worried about going back to the jewelers because I didn’t want to experience any issues with asking for an exchange.

What I found to be more valuable than their jewelry quality, was their exceptional service. We went to the store shortly after Christmas to see what could be done. We were fortunate meet with Scott in the store, who also happens to be the Vice President of Joseph Jacob Jewelers. He was the one who had assisted my boyfriend in the selection of the earrings. Scott was extremely accommodating and reassuring.
Even though he did not have the exact pair to exchange, he offered us a more valuable pair of round diamond hoop earrings with a lock-type closure. This was so generous of him and the earrings were gorgeous, as well. I was concerned that these might be too heavy for my ears. He was very flexible and offered that I wear them a few days with the option of bringing them back if they irritated my sensitive ears. After a few days, I did find them to be too heavy. I called him to ask if he could try to find the same oval pair I had initially been gifted. Scott called all of their store locations to find the exact same pair of oval diamond earrings -and he did! He drove all the way out to an Allentown location in the snow one weekend to get them for me and brought them back to the Moorestown location! I was so thrilled to have a brand new pair of my original earrings, which were the right size and weight! When I came in to pick them up, Scott gave me time to try them on to make sure they were to my liking and that the closures were working properly.

To say that their customer service is exceptional is an understatement. We will always be customers of Scott and Joseph Jacob Jewelers in Moorestown Mall after this. This entire scenario was nothing but a positive experience. I highly recommend this store to those looking for that personal touch and quality jewelry.

Lady running the place is very sketchy, scammed me and couldn't tell me about the jewelry I got duped with. I have seen similar reviews. And they are about 5x the price of anywhere else
