I cannot say enough good things about my experience here! My first visit was just to chat about options and they did not pressure me to make a purchase. They were happy to answer all of my questions. Yesterday, on a busy holiday (MLK Day) Glen took two hours with me. He watched my movement patterns and brought out several options. I feel great knowing that if anything feels wrong with the shoes I can exchange them (two weeks) for another pair. Superior knowledge and great customer service!

Went in there 11/30/23 looking for some suggestions for running shoes for the police academy, and I was met with so much help from the young lady that works there (can’t recall her name). She provided me with so much advice, brought out 5+ different pairs of shoes to help me decide which one was going to be best for me. Will definitely be going back for any running shoe needs.

I enjoyed getting my new running shoes and insoles from Haddonfield Running Company especially when I got it on my birthday. Everyone in the store was welcoming and helpful. I'll be back soon for racing shoes. Thank you!

This is the best place to get sneakers. The knowledge of the staff, and a courtesy of the company is unbelievable. I travel from Bucks County to come to the store and buy sneakers for the entire family. Thank you keep up the great work.

Our previous visit was to help my daughter get the best shoes for her first track season. They fit her well and she says they were super comfy. They lasted the whole season and are still going!

Our visit today was for myself as a beginner runner. The woman I had assisting me today was so patient, kind, and knowledgeable. She was able to identify where my gait needed support. She picked out a few pairs for me to test and out and tweaked the fit based on my feedback.
I walked away in super comfortable shoes feeling confident in the fit.
I will continue to visit here and recommend anyone else who needs help with a shoe fitting!

I’ve been shopping online for sneakers for about a decade. On a recommendation I stopped in. I will never shop for sneakers anywhere else again! Shawn’s expertise, fantastic personality and high level of customer service was refreshing. You could tell she actually enjoyed her job— I can’t remember the last time I met someone as enthusiastic, knowledgeable and helpful! From the employees, to the environment-even the playlist—you will not be disappointed. RUN don’t walk to the nearest Running Company!

Great store. Staff is always very helpful and knowledgable about running. They have high quality products so it's not cheap but your feet with thank you!

I have been getting gear from here since 2010. It is always a great experience. Nice people who are knowledgeable. We recently visited Israel and my husband bought a pair of Hokas for the trip. Long story, but he gave them away as we were leaving. I went back to Haddonfield to get my husband another pair to surprise him, because he thought his first pair of Hokas were the most comfortable shoes he'd ever worn. And the kind person working was very interested in the reason why I was buying my husband another pair just a few weeks later, and she even gave me a discount. Above and beyond and just so sweet. Thank you!

The service was awesome. They helped our runner find the perfect shoes, and even had inside information for us. As a new member to the running community, it seems that all we have met are amazing, and this store is no exception. I recommend this place to any new or even experienced runners in need of new gear.

I had a great experience here this morning. As soon as I walked in Mimi greeted me, assessed my gate and took extra care to find a shoe for my ankle injury. She was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and she helped me to find exactly what I needed.

Been several years since I needed their services but nothing has changed. They’re the most helpful and friendly running shoe store I’ve ever encountered. They remind you what you simply can’t get from an online order. Recommend to any and all runners; beginner to advanced. Superb service with the inventory to match.

The service at Haddonfield running co was GREAT! A friend has recommended it to me. She had the walking assessment done and then has been buying the recommended brand every time she needs new sneakers. The walking assessment was simple and the employees know their stuff. They were able to evaluate me pretty quickly and then identify 3 different pairs of shoes for me to try on (each corrected the over pronation that my feet do when walking). I'm very happy with the pair I bought and brought my sister there the next day who had the same experience. Would recommend them to anyone!

3rd time there today-bought all three teen sons sneakers over the past few weeks. Each staff member was knowledgeable and professional. Shoe variety is great, students discount helps. Definitely recommend.

I needed a new pair of NB Fresh Foam 880's. I called Running Co. of Haddonfield and I had my new shoes delivered right to my door in just a few days! in less than a few days! Now that's service!
