Bought a pair of shoes here and had a bit of a self induced sizing debacle that required a couple exchanges. Luckily I dealt with Chris each time and his customer service was awesome. He was knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. He’s doing awesome things for this store. Go see him whe you need boots.

Had plenty of different boots in my size. The lady that helped me was very polite. I had a voucher from work, she showed me all the boots that had the requirements for my company. Will recommend to my coworkers and buy boots from here again.

Been to couple different stores and this one is by far the best customer service and most knowledgable. I am surprised by the negative reviews about the female manager; I've never seen her in the store. Can't say enough good things about the company on the whole. When I expired a misunderstanding about my first resole on my Iron Rangers a few years ago (done at another store, not this location), where they gave me a slightly different heel then the original, corporate refunded the whole $100 resole for me without me even asking for them to. This store has always gone above and beyond for me, including sourcing a pair of soon to be discontinued copper colored Weekender Camp Mocs from South Carolina or somewhere far out of state and having them shipped to the store for me. They have done an excellent job with cleanings as well, and seem genuinely passionate about what they do.

Great customer service. The salesman was very attentive to my husband's needs for his new work boots. He mapped his feet and made a great recommendation for sizing and inserts. Hope to be back for a pair of hunting boots for myself.

I bought my frist pair of red wings. I got full service, I was helped to get the right fit and size boot. I bought traction tred 8 inch safety Toe boot. I wear them all the time. These are the lightest and most comfortable boot I have ever bought. Iv been in construction for 20+ years. Went I get home I leave my boot on, other boots I couldn't wait to get them off. Remember red wing boots are a investment you pay for Quality and additional red souling.

I had purchased a pair of Iron Rangers from here that unfortunately did not fit me correctly. Months after the purchase, the store contacted me after hearing I wasn't happy with the level of guidance received from the associate which resulted in ill fitting shoes that I couldn't really wear. Justin was excellent. He didn't only make one attempt at reaching me, but three. He invited me in again and asked me to bring in my now used pair of iron rangers and very patiently listened to me babble on while he provide excellent guidance and correctly fitted me. Both in store employees were great, just cant recall all their names.

I was definitely impressed with the level of service and the commitment to ensuring a customer had a positive Red Wing experience. Cant wait for my new boots to come so I can wear them every single damn day!

They've been having issues with their systems for a while, but they do the best they can to assist you. I bought a pair in November that had a small defect between the rubber of the sole and the leather boot and they exchanged it for a new pair. So I am extremely satisfied.

I bought my second pair of RedWing boots earlier today and it's hard to believe this place needs salesmen because the boots practically sell themselves the second you put them on your feet. I would like to give kudos to Justin, Joe and Andy from this Cherry Hill location who not only shipped my exact boot to their location in a very timely manner but made me feel confident in my purchase with their knowledge and expertise. I had bought the hiking style boots under 2 months ago and the stitching was coming undone a little, I went in there and the guy was super friendly and helpful, he swapped my boots out right on the spot. I’ve tried a bunch of other work boots but for the past 5 years I’ve only worn redwings and that’s all I’ll wear

Just got me a pair of these boots I have heard so much about. The customer service was awesome the guy was on point and the boots are the best boots I have ever owned in my 30yr career as an auto tech there the works brand hiker fantastic buy them you won’t be disappointed.

I bought my first pair of red wing boots 2 years ago. They were the most comfortable pair of boots I have worn and the money was well spent. Don't skimp out on something that you need to spend your day in. Unfortunately the boots I have enjoyed have too many miles on them and are now being discontinued so I went with a different option that has a more dense sole as I'm on my feet all day on a concrete floor. Im sure they will continue to impress me.

Great selection fair price good quality . i have been getting Red Wing shoes for years . Salesman was polite and professional did not rush me . i highly recommend Red Wing shoes especially Cherry Hill location
