Westmont Diner

Great value for the quality! I had the turkey gobbler. The stuffing was homemade, and amazing! The potatoes tasted fresh as well. My husband had the chicken skewers, which were juicy and well marinated. Service was fine, and it’s a casual vibe. Overall, I would definitely recommend!

We were visiting Philadelphia for the first time, and I was looking for scrapple and breakfast served all day. This Diner had both. When we arrived, the outside of the Diner wasn't pretty, but don't let that fool you. The inside was beautiful and very clean. We ordered a fresh squeezed juice and an iced cappuccino to start. The iced cappuccino was strong, and the juice was amazing. We ordered the crab cake appetizer, and it was one of the best crab cakes we have had in a while. Scrapple is not on the menu. You have to ask for it, but it comes cooked traditionally or cubed. I chose the cubbed scrapple because it's crispy on all sides. We also ordered the chicken croquettes and the taco salad. Both entrées come with a choice of soup or salad, and the croquettes come with mashes potatoes and two sides! The taco salad was enormous, and I believe we got six pieces of chicken. The portions are insane here for the price. Everything was splendid except the Mac n cheese. We didn't care for that, but we were wowed by the quality and freshness of the food. Service was outstanding as well.

The old Crystal Lake Diner was one of my go-to diners, so I was a bit skeptical about the new Westmont Diner. That completely changed when I sat down for dinner! The freshly baked bread and huge side salad were the perfect way to begin my meal! The Southern Fried Flounder was crisp and full of flavor! I couldn't eat it fast enough! Hush puppies and the greenbean medley perfectly rounded out my dinner! I will absolutely be back!!

I got the breakfast quesadilla and it was delicious. For $13 I honestly could have two meals from it. I also got the carrot top juice which was made fresh and very delicious. The diner is clean and we were seated immediately. I recommend ☺

From the front door to the table to the ladies restroom, this place is impeccably clean. My waitress, Alexis, was super friendly and accommodating. Last, but certainly not least, I had the the homemade chicken croquettes, rice pilaf, and FRESH sautéed spinach were scrumptious.

The fresh juice was amazing! Food came out quick and was delicious. Shredded potatoes are my favorite!

Had a great experience with my waitress Denise she was absolutely so kind, funny and caring with our family. She made many recommendations from the menu and she didn't fail us. She recommended the chicken and waffle sandwich and she said I hope your hungry lol 😋 she gave me a high 5 for finishing 99% of my meal. We had a fussy toddler and she actually gave us a cup of fruit to calm out toddler down. She was extremely busy but catered to all of our needs. The food was amazing this was our first time here but definitely not our last. The diner was so clean and even though there was a line through the door we were seated rite away and greeted by her bubbly presence. We will be back and asking for her. We had nothing but laughs and it was great to feel so attended to. She's a gem and so is the diner . This is my favorite place from here on out! Great job Westmont 😍

We had a hearty, hot, delicious breakfast here that kept us energized all day long while we explored Philly. Great service provided in a clean diner setting.

Great diner that is not your typical diner with hundreds of endless entrees. The menu is smaller, but has something for everyone and you can get breakfast all day. Had the bacon, mushroom and swiss omelet with hash browns and also the eggs Benedict with the pork roll and both were excellent. Specials and soups for that day sounded really appetizing also. Service was very good and diner looks clean. Will definitely be back.

Great little dinner you can tell they care with the extra little touches everyware from organic range free eggs to gourmet jams on table to salt and pepper grinders ,shows in the scratch food as well .great job westmont dinner

The most spectacular diner in all south jersey -the food is unparalleled and even the customers are exceptional- my go to restaurant- as all the others go down hill, this place gets better all the time - the breakfast is better than tipping point & first watch - I just love it here

I have tried many diner in the area and this remains to be the absolute best. I adore the staff, atmosphere, food and sharing this place with my friends and family.

Pro tip: add whip cream to your coffee, it’s the perfect sweetened cream addition.

This is a great little place! The servers are friendly and the dining space AND restrooms are clean. The food is great and comes out of the kitchen quickly. They have a large range of food options and the breakfast is fantastic. The coffee could be stronger but they have espresso options as well. My only gripe is that I wish they stayed open later at night.

Food was fresh and quick, prices reasonable. They bake all their bread in house. A classic diner with a slightly more modern feel. Would definitely return.

Clean, modern, and staffed with attentive people. The blueberry pancakes with fresh blueberries, not those canned blueberry pellets, were great. My wife enjoyed her eggs etc meal. Try it.

Excellent eatery! The food was all delicious from apps to main course. Great portion sizes, and reasonably priced. I highly recommend visiting here for a bite.

Why have a 2 egg Benedict when 3 is apparently standard here?! The food is delicious and the home fries were well seasoned. The salmon benedict was topped with more than enough salmon. I wish I lived closer to this diner.

Yes, they are now in my neighborhood. The pandemic happened, and our backyard's Crystal Lake Diner decided to sell the place to Westmont Diner.It was sad to see Crystal Lake Diner go, but Westmont Diner more than made up for the loss. We have ordered for three straight weekends now and have no reason not to continue ordering in the future.

What's to like? The variety in the menu. It's a huge list. Be it breakfast or a lunch/dinner meal - their variety is unparalleled. Omelettes, french toast, waffles, pancakes, salads, egg Benedict, pasta, hot sandwich, cold sandwich, pasta, gyro,burgers, steaks, seafood and so much more.
Baby lamb chops glazed in pomegranate and jalapeno jelly is a must try. Smoked salmon egg Benedict - unbelievable. I loved their turkey meatloaf as well. The omelettes - one made with egg whites was yummilcious. Spinach and crab stuffed salmon was out of this world.

So, yes, variety of food, quantity of food (humongous) and at that price (not expensive at all) - you can't get it better than this. Indoor dining has already started. Also, the place is gifted with a huge parking space. So, Westmont Diner regulars (from the old place) would love to see this parking place.

I'd recommend this diner any day! Service is good food is great!
